underneath breasts is very hot...?
Hey everyone, when i put my hand under my boobs like where the strap is it is boiling hot! Is this because they're swollen still? I'm a little worried, they're just so hot! Or could it be hot because of the heavy bra i'm wearing?
Another question off topic, did anyones appetites increase after their ba? I totally lost my appetite at first, now i'm eating 2x as much as I normally eat, I normally have a tiny appetite. Really hoping this won't be permanent, i'm starving all the time, gonna be the size of a house soon! lol! I'm eating healthy-ish food, but i'm not gonna deny myself food if i'm hungry, it must need it?! xxx

You don't say how far along post-op you are sweetness?
Do you have a temerature? do you think they're swollen?
If the answers are no, you should be just fine, but it's always worth calling your clinic and possibly have them checked out if they feel it's necessary babe.
As for the raised appetite, it's probably caused by boredom babe, pre-op you were probably on the go all the time, eat and run lifestyle.... now, you're instructed to do nothing and the only thing that's makin' you happy and cure that boredom is FOOD! lol
Take yourself out if you feel up to it for short walks at first, building up the distance you can walk as you continue to heal, listening all the time to your body - Always remember, if it hurts, don't do it! and REST!
Hope all goes well babes, if you get good news, be sure you have a box of Roses choccies there to help you celebrate! LOL xx

Hey cookie :) thanks for your reply, you're so helpful! I dont have a temperature but I think they are swollen, i'm 7 days post op now. I think i'm going to ring the clinic tomorrow just to be sure, but it could just be the band of the bra digging into me, but it just feels so hot!
Yeah maybe you're right - it just unbelieveable how much i'm eating though, I never can eat breakfast normally but I eat loads now! Probably is the boredom though, think i'm gonna get some fresh air a few times a day, might stop these cravings hehe :) x x

Mine were really hot too and I constantly wanted cold things on them. Try ice!
Also, i majorly majorly had a huge appetite after my BA and am fully convinced i needed the extra energy to heal. Just go with it. Put on a few lbs. So what - you will def lose it when you are running around shoing off your new additions in a couple of weeks. get plenty of nourishing foods.
I'm totally not a snacker but had to eat every 3 hours for about 10 days post op...xxx
