I don't know sweetheart, It maybe that with having little skin that the right placement for you would be to go under the muscle, the muscle will act as a cushion over the implant disguising the implant so it isn't visible under the skin and achieving a lovely natural result, this is what most of us aim for and whether thats unders or overs, if the right placement is chosen for you, you'll achieve a beautiful natural result that you'll love!

This very much is a dicussion though that you and your surgeon should have babe as all our anatomies are very different and whats right for one lady, may not be right for another, it may be that you could accomodate overs hun, but theres so many factors your surgeon needs to take into consideration before making that choice for you - Unders or overs.... what does it matter as long as YOU get the result you want hunni. xx

awww don't chicken out just have a long talk with ur surgeon clear up any worries u have and get the answers u need. if u want it it's so gonna worth all this early anxiety trust me i'm havin it too xx
