Hi can anybody help me im having 410cc high profile partials will these make me more perky xx

If you're just having agmentation to enlarge the breast, then you'll already have perky breasts, so the surgery to make perky boobs bigger, will give you bigger perky breasts

If you're having the breast filled to help with sagging?, it will depend on the degree of sag, if there's not much and the nipples are perky now, then yes, you'll have a nice perky result after... if your nipples are low they will remain more or less where they are now but will be bigger, this sometimes upsets women as they hoped for perky and just find they're larger and rounder.

If you're having an lift, then yes, having the nipple lifted during the surgery to a more youthful position will give the appearance of a more youthful perky appearance. xx

they arnt very saggy but they are low thats y i am having hp so wont that make them more up coz its going to fill out more at the top isnt it xx

Think of it this way, you will have exactly the same boobs you have now, just bigger. If you say the nipple is low, it will remain low.

my boobs are low my nipple doesnt point downwards i thought that like the high profile will make them more up xx

hu hun, i was a 34c before my op, n they were wat i thought, quite saggy. My nipple kind of pointed in a downwards angle. Not loads but they werent pointing forwards!
i just had a ba, partials, 460cc high profile, n i feel my nipples r still abit low.I had a secons surgeons opinion, and he said once my pec muscle lets go of the implant more,the bottom of my breast should fill up a bit n help give me a fuller lower pole.
I mwaiting to see if that happens. Otherwise, i think i should have been offered a lift too, as my breasts look exactly the same...just bigger!!! xx

partials are supposed to help lift the breast a little as the muscle is disected to let the implant sit slightly lower than full unders...

anyway, i was borderline lift and had 340 partials, my nipples are still in the same place but tbh im not that fussed where my nipples sit..

are your nipples above/in-line with your inflammatory fold? If they are im sure you will be fine so long as you dont expect to wake up with perky 16 yr old boobies..

i have big nipple pads so they cover the botton but my nipples point forwards xx
