Re: Massaging
I had to do massages on the left side.It was like a sqeeze and release motion to help the implant drop and then regular massages on both sides to help break up scar tissue.
What are your massages like?

Re: Massaging
With Textured implants massage really isn't necessaryunless instructed to do so by your surgeon.
I was told to massage my breasts even though I had textured implants as my right breast just wouldn't drop! I was told to use two fingers - my index and middle finger. I had to use firm circular movements with those fingers to encourage the implant to drop, it did ache after being massaged and I was unable to use any oil as I'd had a full uplift but I did what I had to and it paid off as the implant did drop. I also to massage the bumpy scar in the crease too to break down the scarring, that was easy though and weird as I heard the scarring pop!
Unless you're told specifically to use massage by your surgeon then don't do it ladies you could compromise your aftercare should you do it withought advice from your surgeon. xxx
