Help with some questions i have
I am having my first boob job on the 23rd, only booked it thursday lol
They are doing the implant over the muscle, and i am having the natrelle implants, is the over the muscle ones ok, as i would assume they look very obvious that you have had your boobs done? also how much can you feel the implant if you dont have much there to start with? Anyone got any tips on knowing what size to go to?

If you aren't sure hun, it may be best to have another consultation with your surgeon to ask him/her everything about what they had planned for your surgery. Its a big operation and something you will have to live with everyday, so it's best not to rush into it and have consultations with a few surgeons .

Congratulations Dawn. l
The surgeon must have chosen over the muscle, or simply 'overs' as you'll hear them reffered as here because you have enough breast tissue to accomodate the implant over the muscle. Whether you have over or under the muscle willmake no difference if the placement is the rightly chose for you. Both will give you a very natural result so I wouldn't worry hunni. I have overs myself and have a lovely natural slope to my breast, as many other women you'll come across here have too.
You'll hardly feel the implant as at all sweetheart, the breasts will be firmer than a natural breast if any pressure is put on them but if prodded you'd be hard pushed to know the difference between real and fake. They will however look and move just like a natural breast would.
As far as sizing goes, you only have to read the 'everybodys stats' thread to see how many women with the same stats came come away with a different resulting size babe, my best advice to go back to see you surgeon, it's not at all unusual to have another consultation to see your surgeon again before surgery so don't be afraid to ask. This gives tou an opportunity to ask all the questions you didn't ask the firsst time around, one being your resulting size babe. Your surgeon is the best person to guestimare that for you. xx

Re: Help with some questions i have
i am rather stuck with size to have, D or DD, i am unsure on what is the best to go, prefer to look in proportion but obviously want to see i have boobs lol hmmmm any tips on choosing size?
Re: Help with some questions i have
Lots of people hate this but I loved the rice test. Stuff pop socks with rice and wear them for a while. It's totally a rough guide and definitely not an exact science but helped me to get a sense of size. Good luck.
