Arnica 30! Empty Arnica 30!

Has anyone been using Arnica 30 from Boots pre-op? Mine is in 13 days and I'm not sure when to start using it and what dosage to be on! My surgery manager recommended I use it today so want to get cracking as soon as because I bruise like a peach!

Either that or can anyone post-op let me know how well it worked for them etc :)

Hey hun,

I started to take it 5days before and took 2 every 4hrs (4 times a day) with the 30 and I stopped 5 days after.



I didn't suffer from any bruising so it was definitely worth takin! :)

Hi
Im the same i bruise the littlest touch. I used it 2weeks before and took along with Bromelain for 2weeks after too. I tiny bruise on right boob the size of a nat, lol so works well.
Not long hun, and you'll be in havin them done :)

hey hun i used it a week before and a week after the surgery , i had no burising little swelling no pain it was fantastic xx

i read that bromlain does the same trick as ibuprofin but bromlain costs £10 and ibuprofen about 40p!

Yeah but you can't take ibuprofen before surgery within ten days because it has aspirin in it and that thins your blood.
