Oh how i am hurting today (((( Empty Oh how i am hurting today ((((

Girlies, I am gonna die, i am hurting today so much, my right boob is aching in places i never knew it could. Sometimes its a shooting pain, sometimes its pulling and all sorts. The left one aint that bad but also painful today.



whats up? why today? my boobies dont like the rain? or maybe it over did it yesterday? I went shopping and did more housework than usual?



i am at work now with tears in my eyes, if someone gives me a hug i will break down and will have to go home(((

are you still taking your pain meds? if not, get straight on the anti pain meds!!! you dont have to be brave, have all the pain meds you need. Im so sorry to hear your feeling this way, i really hope its eases up soon for you sweetie. Just really relax and try not to move!

not on anti pain anymore, i think i may take some today yes, luckily they are always in my bag, oooohhhh, gonna sit here quiet for the whole day now(((

Take your meds, and rest up as soon as you get home, Lady! You did too much yesterday by the sounds of it. Look after yourself and your new twins, be careful and ignore the pesky housework!! Hug xx

Blimey Minxy you had unders, you should be being very careful as you are still only 12 days lovely.

Take your pain meds and when yo get home just relax and ignore everything else around you it can all wait xx

take care of yourself and just sit there and hug your boobs! are you taking the arnica? have found this good. leave the housework alone, it will be the same tomorrow whatever you do.

Things are going to get better soon! When I was about at that point in my recovery, I remember having good days then bad days. Now, at day 20, I can say that I am having mostly good days! The pain has significantly gone down. Hang in there!! xoxooxox
