Re: 2days post op OWWW!
All normal hun!.....the things we do to ourselfs! lol
My hubby had to pull me up for the 1st week but the best advise he gave me was to stop standing like a old lady and stand up tall.....I was in tears as my back hurts SOOO much and I was just in so much pain in the boob area but I took his advise ( which i though was impossible at the time!) and slowly over 1 day stretched back upto a normal standing position and OMG did it make a difference, I felt 100 tomes better and didnt realise I was causing most me pain by hunching over
Try and stand up straigh hun , I Know it sounds crazy as youll think it will pull and hurt you but you will feel so much better in the end!
xx

Hi Amyjane,
Congrats! I got nausea from the GA/pain meds so my PS prescribed some anti-nausea medication. You should get some! The nausea was the worst! Wait...I take that back...the constipation was the worst, but that's another story! Bottom line, don't forget about your bowels! You may want to take something to make sure they move (and not just a stool softener because all that will do is just make the soft stool sit in there. Something like Senna.
Hope you're feeling better by now!!!
