Re: 2days post op OWWW!
Aw hun, it could be the after effects of the GA making you sick. It could also be the pain meds or antibiotics making you sick. I would say that you could stop the pain meds and maybe feel less sick. But if you are in pain I would just take them for a few more days until you feel you can manage without them. The pain will ease off as the days go on. Just make sure you get plenty of rest and drink lots and lots of water.
Re: 2days post op OWWW!
ThaNKS for ur kind messages. I've managed to eat today and keep it down, also my friend came round which took my mind of the pain a bit.
Am sure I will start feeling better soon and just keep thinking every day will get better.
Hopefully i'll be able to wash my hair 2mora! Or have someone help me should i say.
Hearing that I am not the only 1 who has had pain - makes me feel a lot better. Thanks girlies :)

Re: 2days post op OWWW!
Hun Id say its normal as I was in soooo much pain with my B.A ( some might say im a whimp!lol)
I just couldnt move for the 1st few days and took 2 weeks to settle.
The sickness will be due to all the drugs and G.A like the other girls have already said but I was infact ready for this as had been really sick a few times before with G.A.
I went to my G.P who prescribe me some strong anti sickness medication which worked a treat so if you are still feeling or being sick then id give your G.P a call and im sure they will do the same for you.

Re: 2days post op OWWW!
Just to say congrats.
I'm 3 days post op and I felt the same as you however it was down to the pain relief (particularly Tramedol) plus the GA. I'm feeling better today and the pain is starting to ease so please rest assured it WILL get better, in a few weeks you will have forgotten about the unease and will be admiring your fabulous new assets!

Re: 2days post op OWWW!
sorry to hear your feeling poorly - im 5 days post op and been experiencing terrible bloating, cramps and diarrhea - could just be bad timing of a bug but I thinks its all the meds Ive been given post op - so I called hospital and they told me to drop the anti-inflammatory (?) but I have also tried to quit the Tramadol too (as all ive done its sleep!)...so may be best to call hospital and see what they recommend - good Luck Hun x

Now day 3...
I am up and don't feel so bad. My back is killing me and I am finding it impossible to get up off the sofa after sleeping! I go really stiff and cannot sit up - I have to get the other half to lift me up!!
