i've been thinking for the last week or 2 that id quite like to speak to someone again about the size of my implant, mr singh said the biggest he'd put in me was 615, maybe smaller, he'll decide in the theatre, but i'm not sure if i've got round or tear drop, whats all this stuff about high profile? arrggghhhh i'm having a head fit! i just want everything to go perfect this time as some of you might know i didnt know anything about my op last time, i dont really know what iv got inside me now. i emailed my care co-ordinator at the beginning of the week but she hasnt got back to me, can i phone and ask whats on my patient notes? will they be able to tell me that?

best thing to do would be go back and see your surgeon for another consultation especially if theres things you need to get cleared up, ive had 2 consultations, you are paying hun so you need to get things right theres no point leaving it to chance on the day of the op.

you should just be able to ring your last place where you had a b/a and ask for details, thats what i had to do so i know for sure they can pass you such details as which size and what implant youve already had over the phone.

I can imagine it will be round, infact I'd put money on it. Because I think you have to request tear shape as they aren't too common, plus they cost you more. Usually they use a moderate profile as standard, this is how much the implant projects, if you google it on images you will see xx

I agree, you will probably have round high profile and if they still use them at MYA the Allergan CUI implants.

as far as im aware they dont need the surgeon to tell you hun, the place itself should be able to pass on that info as it will be on their computer archives mine was 15 years ago and they managed to get my info.
the girl i phoned acsessed the file and told me what i needed to know. x
