Preventing StretchMarks
Hey Ladies,
I was wondering what's the best cream to use that can prevent future stretch marks on my breast area. I am planning to have babies in the future, so I want to prepare myself before I regret when I start to see stretch marks.

Re: Preventing StretchMarks
I Use Bio-Oil... it's meant to help reduce the appearance of existing stretch marks, but also leaves your skin really supple, so skin stretches more easily helping prevent them happening in the first place...
Or I think Palmers Cocoa Butter range actually have a 'pregnancy' cream for women to rub on their bellies to help prevent stretch marks... you could give that a crack as well?!

Re: Preventing StretchMarks
Hi, I use baby oil everyday on wet skin as soon as I get out of the shower - I used it all the way through my pregnancy and the run ups to both my BA (had to stop after BA due to scars healing) and I don't have any stretch marks. Makes your skin lovely and soft and its quite cheap!

Re: Preventing StretchMarks
I use palmers cocoa butter (the original one is actually stronger and more moisturizing than the one for stretch marks)
I stopped using it for a week after my ba as I had bandages on and I got 2 stretch marks- booooooo!
But since using it everyday and on my scars they have faded!
I prefer it to bio oil as I don't like that greasy/oily feeling! Xxxx

Re: Preventing StretchMarks
How long after your BA can you start using the oil on the scar to reduce it?

Re: Preventing StretchMarks
Hi i used everything on my skin to prevent stretch marks and you know what? They didnt work. It depend on your skin type and the elasticity of it. Also i have thin skin (can see my veins) so if your thick skinned like a rhino or have the elasticity of a hair band them im afraid your gonna get em xxxxx lol
