Im not sure yet. I just had my BA done yesterday and still have to wait after the swelling goes and they drop. I like how they cam out so far. I originally started off wanting a 300cc mod+ but then after researching and read how the number one regret that woman have, is they wished they went bigger, so I bumped it up to 400cc. This is what my PS recommended and he changed the style to HP. Then I guess I wanted to make extra sure since I didn't plan on making a revision an option other than for health reason so I went up to 425cc. The week before I streesed so much about "the perfect size" not too big and not too small, I just finally decided that whatever size they turnned out to be I was going to be happy cause there is no use stress or being unhappy with something I cant change!

I know this is an old thread but my goodness what a find!!

I have to admit I was totally settled and confident in my surgeons suggestions of 380, 410 and 460 implants at our 1st consultation. I
dis-regarded the 380's and we discussed in debth the other 2 sizes, we came to the conclusion that 460's are most likely to give me the size I desire without looking too round or false. I then started obsessing (uh oh!!) and visiting 'other' boobie type forum where pretty much EVERYONE said to me go 1 size bigger if I can, so that would be the 525's. I got so confused I had to make another appointment with my surgeon and we looked at the 460's and 525's....my surgeon says that the 525's will be too big for my frame (I am a 28" back, size 8, 5.9") he has agreed that he'll put the 525's in if I really want but I may get rippling, fake roundness from the thin skin stretching and the bigger the implant the higher risk of complications further down the line such as bottoming out. I walked away feeling confident the 460's were right BUT then I stupidly got caught up with sizes again, reading story after story from girls wishing they'd gone bigger.

I do want to look like an E, I don't care what I measure just so long as my boobs are nice and full and bigger than they are. The pressure/advice from people I don't know has really got to me. Am I choosing the 525's for me or for them......... shrug

On the day I am going to ask Mr Fallahdar to make the decision based on what size implants I currently have, if my implants turn out to be less than 300cc I would like the 525's but if they are 310cc or above then I am certain the 460's will get me the size I desire!!

I am so glad I found this as it's really put things into propective for me!

im happy with the size they are but id have been happy with them smaller too. I DEFINITELY wouldnt want to be any bigger

Looks like most girls wished they'd went a little bit bigger. Something to bear in mind for us PRE-OP girls.

Well i am only two weeks post op and I am kind of wishing i went a little bigger, my surgeon wanted me to go 325cc but i went 300 (as i didnt want them to be huge) but looking at them now i think i have boob greed, my friends have commented that they look nice and natural and dont look big at all (they actually look like they did when i was wearing a push up bra before my op)
but i know a lot of people know i had a boob job and i dont want them saying 'you cant even tell she got it done'..... i guess the sports bra really flattens them out, but i cant help but thinking what they would look like if I got them that little bit bigger.... hmm they still have to fluff and fall into a natural pocket so i am hoping that i will be happy with the result, after all i did want them to look natural and if worse comes to worse i can get a nice padded bra when i really want to show them off :)

Well decisions you've had the same size implant as I currently have and to be fair my boobs are a good size....I can dress them up or dress them down - just look at my avatar with a La Senza triple XXX I can make them look massive. I will admit that I would like the same effect without wearing the heavily padded bras BUT I wouldn't have been able to have this size implant the first time around, I needed my skin to stretch. I am well aware thought that if I have the bigger implant (525's) I most likely will struggle to find nice push up bras so this is one of my dis-advantages I keep going over in my head. x x

ive just measured myself, and after being very very pear shaped my whole life, im now exactly hourglass. 37-28-37, so i think i got EXACTLY the right size implants

mmmmm interesting reading. I am currently 6weeks post op and I am wishing i had gone that little bit bigger, I had 270cc which the surgeon said was a good size for me. However when i look at them i just dont think they look much bigger. My hubby says they are big enough tho as I am only small framed. I have yet to be measured as had a little trouble with my left boob so staying in sports bra for another few weeks. I am hoping when I finally do get measured I am no smaller than a DD. Fingers crosse. Maybe it is a case of we just get used to them and forget how they were?? x

I wish mine were bigger. i expected a much larger outcome with the implant size i got but the reality is my boobs were to odd to start with so i have ended up with a smaller result than woman with the implant size i have. If i could go bigger (which it looks like it with the excess droopy skin i now have) I would. But i am happy with them x

30F or 32E depending on the bra !!

I wish I'd gone a little bit bigger but I'm still happy as they are very natural looking and a nice shape. Plus I think its hard to find bikini's now so if I was even bigger I'd really struggle xxx

I was a saggy 36c / 38b and now im a 36 e/f or 38dd.
Not been measured but these are the bras i've brought so far :)

ok thanks i was a 34b(which is what i wore) however think really was a saggy 32c and am hoping to get a D at least fingers crossed for DD tho, not hopeful on that one, even tho that is what i asked for and the surgeon even wrote on me a D+ before the op.

decisions!! had a peek at your photos and they ar great cant believe how little bruising you had. I had lots of bruising on my left one which took just under the 6weeks to go. You were lucky
