Yes, I have checked with PS - and it sounds more heavy than it is .... am being dramatic ... will have to find one of our hunky young blokes to assist me but I know I am going to have a BIG smile on my first day back !

I would also say try to take more time off. There is no way i could have managed back after only one week. I was being sick on the 7th day still.

Also, even if your job is only a desk job you still need to be carefull because you will be using your arms loads and this can put pressure onto your muscles hun.
