Sensitive nipples...ouch..!
About 3 days ago my nipples became 'super sensitive', they feel like they did when I breastfed n they got chapped but obviously they aren't.
If they move in my Macom bra it feels horrible or if I brush my arm over (even with clothes over them) they just send sensitive sore feelings thru my boobs.
Anyone else had this n how long did it last?
It's going through me and I want it to bugger off! X

I had the super sensitive nipples for a while too, I remember I had the same feelings when clothes brushed over them - they will stop feeling so sensitive soon. I can't remember exactly when mine felt normal again but I think it's been for about at least the last week I have noticed them - I'm now just over 5 weeks post op x

I am going through this right now....it just started tonight, as soon as my dressings were taken off! I think as soon as the tape was ripped off them they came to life! How bizarre!! XXX

p.s I've just put a cotton pad over mine for now (held tight inside my bra) to cushion them a little bit....seems to be working a little bit xxx

Hi Charabie,
I am feeling exactly the same and its driving me mad. My Nipples are painful all day long and it gives vibration and shivers all over my body in a similar way to when you are very cold or have fever. (does this make any sense...)
I put a cotton pad on it but does not make a huge difference. I also have the macom bra and I changed it to a cotton bra primarily to soften the friction with the synthetic material and my nipples.
Sorry cant help on "how long" as i an wondering myself...
Best

Thanks for your replies girls. I tried the cotton pad thing too - but to bo honest cotton wool goes through me anyway and i cant bear the touch so that hasnt helped either. BOOOO!
Hope it doesnt last long - like you said Nemi - its like shivers through your body, and i keep shivering n when i look at my nipples im expecting them to be really erect but theyre not. so weird!
