Sensitive nipples

Feels like my nipples are constantly rubbing against my sports bra, any tips from post op ladies to help? I was thinking maybe putting some cotton wool over them?

I read that one of the girls on here used the breast pads you get when you are pregnant to stop her sprots bra rubbingand I thought that was a goog idea less chance of moving than cotton wool too as they are the right shape x x

mine were the same i just brough nipple pads from boots helped a treat xxx

I didn't like the breast pads, they were a little too *coughs* conspicuous for me, I use the little round make-up pads, I just pop 'em over my nipple and it just cushions them from rubbing over the material. xx
