Hi hun, DD's are different in each band size so a 30DD would be completely different to a 34DD. What band size are you? has your surgeon told you what implant size he/she will be using?
Personally I dont think a DD is too big, and I think they are a good size.

Im a 34dd sometimes e and very happy, not too big and not too small. I was aiming for a 34d, was wearing 36d sports bra immediately after surgery though x

Its really hard to say as every body is different, you see the girls on here with the same size implant and have a different end result. As long as your ps knows what you are aiming for you should go with thier advice x

All depends what size you are now babe. 470 is a good size implant - i'd think you'd definitely achieve a DD if not bigger. Don't get too hung up on numbers though. Its how they look on you that matters not what bra size you're wearing.

Re: 36b-36dd..at the moment!
I was 36b pre-op had 365cc overs and initially was in a D but as they've relaxed and settled I'm in a DD.....which just suits my frame and really hun, they don't seem that big, I know DD sounds big but it isn't really. As the girls have already said the same size can look completely different on someone else. Just make sure your PS knows what you want to achieve babes, then you should get the result your looking for. x

Re: 36b-36dd..at the moment!
AWWWW...thanks everyone..yeah i think it will be a good size..tbh my surgeon consultation was really quick and all feels a bit rushed...maybe i should make another appt to see him again...to put my mind to rest and know that he knows exactly what i want..i dont know whether this is going to sound stupid, but did anyone take pictures of what they would want them to look like to the consultation with the surgeon??? i havent but maybe if he knew and saw what i meant i would be more confident..(can you tell its not far off and im getting all in a panic)

I didnt take any pics with me, but a lot of girls do and would recommend it highly. At least then you know for sure your surgeon can see what you are wanting x
