i'm assuming that some of you had tightness in the cleavage area????

i'm so tight right there the last 2 days, it's swollen a little, i can tell i'm still holding on to fluid. i wonder if the drains kept the swelling down a lot during the first 2 days and now it's just accumulating. it's really tight towards the bottom of the cleavage. when is this gonna go away???

hiya, i also have swelling over the sternum, it must be 1cm thick! It will go... probably a week or so i'd guess...x

It is normal to have swelling on the sterum sweetheart, it should settle though and is absolutely nothing to panic about. When you go for your post-op check-up if it's still there be sure to mention your concern and that it's noted. xxx

thanks girls!
i figured it was normal. my whole torso is swollen lol i look about 4 or 5 months pregnant..i was at my neighbors house yesterday rubbing my belly saying "see mah bebe, such a nice bebe bellay" lolol my back is fat too. normally my back is very muscular, but it's all swollen now. i should take a picture it's quite a difference!

i think i'm retaining fluid. i called the nurse and she said to take it easy, drink more water, ice ice ice and top stop pushing on it lol

i feel like that joke "hey doc, it hurts when i do this" doc 'don't do that" lolol
