Bloated?!
Hiya Ladies
Im feeling so so bloated at the moment ive been eating quiet healthily and have cut out bread aswell as it tends to make me feel worse, i know im not hormonal aswell as i had my period just after my op.
Can i still be like this after 3 weeks because of the GA or am i just a fatty lol did anyone else gain a bit of weight after there op?

I did gain a bit of weight, it's probably due to inactivity hun, your body is healing so take it easy and don't worry for now... plus there is a chance you still have some bloating from GA x

Aw!!! Yes it can be the G.A. takes a while to get out of the system.. you were also in a different environment CB. combined with the forced inactivity it catches up  But, I am sure with your healthy eating, lots of water and getting into a more normal routine you will be feeling less bloated soon. All normal.. small price for lovely boobies xx

Yes it's the combination of the op & lack of exercise hun, make sure you drink plenty of water to help rid the bloat & don't worry you'll soon be back to yourself & work it off xx
