Hi ladies, new here and looking for advice :o)
To start at the beginning i had my 2 daughters 18 months apart, the second just 3 months ago. My formally pert 34D's are now empty bags of skin which hardly fill a B cup. I have wanted ba for a long time and have now decided to take the plunge.
Knowing very little about the subject i just assumed i would need implants and that would be that but after several consultations with different surgeons i know i will definitely need an uplift too.
I have decided on Mr Rizwan Alvi and trust him fully but i'm still a little scared! How much will it hurt? What will the scars be like immediately after and in the long term? Is the £5950 i was quoted a resonable price for an uplift & ba?
If anyone can help answer these questions or if anyone has experience with Mr Alvi i would be so grateful to hear from you!
Thank you!

Hi and welcome to the forum. I had a ba and uplift and it was the best thing I ever did for myself! I found the pain minimal, and the scarring doesnt bother me at all, a small price to pay for nice full pert boobies! x
