Can totally see why your so furious. What a nightmare. Looks like you will get it sorted tho. They should try their utmost to accommodate you or they cld potentially lose £4k worth of business. A few hundred pounds in expenses is nothing to them. They probably use certain taxi companies and may even get preferential rates on hotels.

omg, i can't believe this. Its their fault not yours so they should pay end of. Be firm and stick to your guns. Like Sally said a few hundred pounds is nothing to them. Hope you get it sorted xx

thanks all, i am going to go to dolan park because ive never wanted it done soo bad and its still with THG who i chose over everyone else, but boy they are going to have a BIG complaint when i have had the surgey, i also laying in bed now wondered if my aftercare is going to be in birmingham! coz i am not prepared to travel up there each time i have to have a post op check! so thats another question i got to ask plus i liked my pcc and although the other ladies at dolan are prob just as nice we have gel-ed well and i am used to her now! so many questions so little time! im so tired ive now gone to thinking about the op itsself to now all these questions with the change and im not getting much sleep just hope that after today and ive had my questions answered i can catch up on some sleep x

it is £29 hun as i went to checkout last night and my mum is going book today :D so bargin but still added expenses they are changing due to hopstial not being ready! (ts new and where i went for my consultation) but really they should have taken no bookings till it was open x

Yes I'm sure your aftercare will be at your nearest clinic Hun Im having my surgery at Dolan park and had my consultations in Sheffield as they were no convenient times at my local one but have been told my aftercare will be at my local clinic. I hope you get this sorted soon hun x

Hope it all goes well. Am sure you'll get local aftercare if you request it. Maybe ask them to confirm you can still see the surgeon at the other clinic tho, in the case of any probs you want to see him about. X

nope nothing today they are really making me angry! im really not happy with my pcc ... 2morrow im going to ring them, but again its more cost on me ( im now having to chase them after she said she would phone me) to me this is not very professional! arghhh :( well i no for a fact i will get my money for petrol at least as they are at fault for this mess and im gonig to do everything i can to get the money back on the plus side 10 days to go .. xx

I know it is sooo much hassle that you really don't need right now, but fight your hardest to get the money back for the petrol, the hotel, the cost of phone calls of you chasing them when they said they would call you, and the inconvenience. But mainly just focus on the fact that in exactly 10 days from now you will have your gorgeous new boobies!!!!

If needs be you can fight them harder after that!

I would not encourage the above suggestion, on the contrary ensure you have an agreement BEFORE going for the operation. If you don't have one, don't go. (well I know you WANT to, but bluff it if necessary) You want to see the refund on your credit card balance BEFORE.
Chase them if they don't call. There's not very long left to go.
And demand a precise (and honest) amount you've estimated, not just vaguely "compensation" or it won't have the same effect. Explain to them how you've worked it out if they ask. They can afford to take it off and still make a profit, I can assure you.
Keep calm and don't act 'entitled' on the phone - remember, you're simply negotiating a commercial agreement and given the circumstances your demands are valid and they would be wise to give.
Most importantly if there's been some really harsh exchanges that haven't been resolved, think again before going anyway. You want to be 1: relaxed, 2: looked after properly so you need to be in a state of mind where you can trust them.
Sorry if I repeat myself but it needs to be a positive experience, not one full of stress and mistrust. I want you to enjoy it. x

no they are taking the pee!!!!!! i tried calling a left a mesage and no returned call!!! and ive emailed my PCC !!!!!! im livid! ive also got a letter today saying im in dolan park blah blah blah but i never confirmed i would go untill they sorted petrol out! how blimen dare they!! going to phone lunch time tomorrow as busy first thing i just hope and pray they answer and i can get this mess sorted as i want to chill i have so much going on crap in my life atm and this was meant to be my happiness xx
