is a re-op due to size expensive?
Hi was wondering if a re-op would cost the same as a having a ba, if size and placement was the issue, i argued with my surgeon that unders would be better, but he was the expert and i took his advice, i had seen 3 other surgeons and they all said both would be fine...
my boobs look 100 times better than before....just me looking for perfection when perfection dosent exsist...i think i was looking for more noticeable boobs..even though ive gone from a 32A to a 32E..im not sure whether i am in propotion. if i go to my surgeon could he charge me a full price again if i want to go bigger and under the muscle? as this is what i asked for originally and it was him who convinced me otherwise...
let me know what you think ladies

Re: is a re-op due to size expensive?
If you agred to the planned surgery and the only reason now you're unhappy is due to size, then I doubt you have a leg to stand on sweetness, there's never any harm trying if you really feel you want to go for it, but I don't think you'll get anywhere hunni and the re-op will cost more as often you're also charged for the explantation of the old implants as well as having the new implants.
Why do you feel a change of placement will a difference hun? From EVERYTHING I've read, unless it's absolutely necessary due the person being extremely thin or having very little breast tissue then overs are always the best option to get the most natural look for you.
It's possible do you think that you still maybe need some time to get used to the new you and how to dress your new boobs 'up'? A 32E is DEFINATELY not small hunni, but if you're not happy, you're not happy... I hope you find some resolve though sweetness xx

This is what i thought TBH....i was under the impression unders would give me more fullness at the top..and i am experiencing an aggravating pain in my rib im not sure whether its because the placement is wrong...i mean they dont look bad they look very natural i just think that because we go on about size such alot(in society i mean) then already im feeling small ..
thanks anyway cookie xx

That's OK gorgeous... Sweetie, you'd be hard placed to take a guess from any of the avatars on this forum to guess who and unders and who had overs, ultimately, if it's the 'right' placement chosen, the resulting look will be the same sweetie.
Your rib pain, I do think you should see your GP and have that further investigated hun, you've seen your surgeon and they found no connection to your surgery, so your next step is your GP.
I feel for you that you're not happy hunni, I've experienced how you feel but from the opposite end of the spectrum feeling too large...
I know it's easy for me to say hun, but be YOU, don't conform to what you think society expects from you sweetheart, if you live by that rule, you'll probably always find some fault in a strive for an unachievable photoshopped perfection look sold to us to aspire to. xx

Re: is a re-op due to size expensive?
thanks hun...im convinced about seeing my GP ive got to go even though i dont want to.... the placement doesnt look wrong on me and i have no ripples etc, so overs or unders its a matter of tissue space?? i must of had enough then. I think ive got the way i should look in my mind and no matter what i do i cant achieve it...its right what you say about photoshopped perfection..i am constantly reminding myself that the models are airbrushed to look so beautiful. Im always finding faults with myself ..much to the annoyance of my OH ....

Oh hunni, learn to love yourself and the rest will all fall into place, just looking at your avatar it's not hard to see what a beautiful woman you are, go see your GP hun, maybe they can also help with some possible councilling to maybe help you work on that... it may sound extreme, but you won't be the first to have needed help of this kind gorgeous, nor the last xx

Re: is a re-op due to size expensive?
aw hun. I would definately try the counselling you shouldn't feel like you have to be perfect. It's impossible. Only with airbrushing can anyone look like they're perfect. I've looked at many a unphotoshopped celebrity on you tube when I have my I look awful days and let my tell you, I've not seen many a person look worse than they do when they haven't had their hair and make up done professionally and a lot of air brushing. There is too much pressure on people to conform to an unrealistic ideal. You ever see that programme Snog Marry or avoid where they do make unders to help people see their natural beauty? it's brilliant you have to watch it. You look beautiful in your avatar hun, no need to worry about perfection, beauty comes from within as well and you seem like a lovely person whos putting pressure on herslf when there's no need.
Re: is a re-op due to size expensive?
im always trying to be perfect, so i understand completly!! i remebr my bro saying to me a few years ago when i was moaning...he said, there will always be ppl better looking then you and there will always be ppl not as good looking, i thort, i dont wanto settle for that, i wana be the best i can be. I think its stems to insecurity, so u havto ask yourself how u came to be like that. i dont know why im so insecure, but im always upset by th fact that my bf will always find other women attractive, he has given me no reason to be insecure, apart frm the occasional checking out of other women!..im normally a very confient peron, im fit and healthy, alway have clean hair, painted nails etc...i dont know! i iwish i wasnt so insecure. Sorry to ramble on hun, ur look gorgeous in ur avatr, i spose just be the best u can and relax!! xx

Re: is a re-op due to size expensive?
In answer to your question about cost if it is just the size you are unhappy with and you chose to pay again then you could pay a little more than your 1st ba as they charge for implant removal aswell as the replacement.
I can see you are a beautiful young woman from your avatar hun like the other girls say you just need to learn to see this for yourself. I wish I could be airbrushed to perfection but I learnt a long time ago that I can't and ageing is a cruel thing too enjoy being young and beautiful it isn't here long make the most of it ! x
