Re: February girls!
Hiya, a plastic surgeon wrote this as a guide:
"as a very rough guide you can consider something approximately similar to this (bearing in mind that it's not completely accurate and different bra manufacturers will produce different shapes of cups and if you get yourself professionally measured you can be something totally different to what fits you well). Bra sizes are not an exact science.... 30-32" chest size 100-120cc per cup size 34-36" chest size 120-140cc per cup size 38-40" chest size 140-160cc per cup size As I say, though, this is very approximate and should not be used as anything more than a very rough and ready "back of the envelope" calculation of what may happen. The take home message is that implants don't come in cup sizes so it's impossible to predict" |

mr kazzazi said that 380cc would take me from 34aaa (flat) to a full c d cup but i think maybe a dd.
As you are a cup size larger than me naturally i would say dd/e.
i hope this helps.
oh my stats....
5ft6in
9stone
size 10
age 28
34 aaa (ironing board flat)
good luck for the 10th babe!!!

Re: February girls!
Hi ladies, are we all getting excited now???
have just been to asda to buy a sports bra. I have just bought 1, a 36D as thats what i ended up in after the first op so im assuming it will be the same. Also, the nurse said that Mr Mahdi is telling some of his patients NOT to wear anything at all for the first few weeks as it CAN prevent them dropping.Since thats wha happened last time im thinking i will be one of the ladies told not to. But i will soon find out!!

Re: February girls!
I am so excited it's unreal. Keep waking up in the night thinking OMG it's only a few days away now!!!
I've heard that about dropping. My surgeon hasn't really said much about sports bras yet so I'm not sure what I'll be doing, although will order a couple from the catalogue that I can just return if I don't use them. It's so hard to gauge what size you'll be.
Anyway, definite excitement (mixed in with a whole heap of nerves!!) from over here!

Re: February girls!
Think you're right Sammy - it depends on your back size. I have no idea what size you will end up as I'm not good at guessing yet, but the same size implants do look totally different on different sized women.
Good luck!! I'm the day after you!! Eeek!

Time is already flying for me!! In fact I could do with it slowing down a bit! Can't believe it's only a week away really. I'm already sleeping really badly and having weird dreams....OH MY GOD.....but then I remember the fantastic rack I'm gonna end up with and then it makes it all seem worth it! hahahahaha Once I've got that pre-med down me I'll be as happy as larry!!!!
S'pose I should start packing too, really!

Re: February girls!
Oh i miss my crazy boobie dreams! They were very strange. You'll be fine hun, im sure you wont need the pre med in the end, once you get there its more excitement and numbness, then when you get taken to theatre it does hit you as you're surrounded with IVs and stuff but they'll chat to you to take your mind off it, just control your breathing that really helped me x
