You WILL survive hunni, because after paying out all that money your boobs will come first before your excercise to gain the best from your recovery to enable you to get the gorgeous boobs you paid for!
You won't be 'running' till you're six weeks post-op sweetness and even then you'll be starting slow and building back up to where you were before, you'll find you get extremely tired at first, but this soon goes.
You can maintain your fitness, by walking early post-op, then after a couple of weeks if you're at the gym try using the bike, or gentle walking on the treadmill.
You'll be fine hunni, I know six weeks sounds like a whole decade away LOL, but it really does go so quickly, you'll be back to your excercise routine in no time, just give yourself time to heal first and follow your post-op instructions. xx

Six weeks sounds like such a long time but you will be fine. I exercise every day and up to 15-16 classes a week so I thought I would never cope. I went on lots of walks and didn't gain any weight or loose much tone. Muscle has memory too so you will be able to build back up quickly. x

Hon its not even a case of keeping it to a minimum its a case of no can do! Lol! I had an uplift and couldn't lift my arms and you will not want to be doing any impact. Also they tell you not to exercise for a reason. Its beacuse when you exercise oxygen is pulled towards heart/working muscles and brain to keep you going! However, this takes it away from healing wounds which can lead to complications. If you lift weights your body needs to repair that damage so isn't 100% focusing on repairing wounds! Your choice though. x
