How I got on yesterday- 2 Consultations
Hello Everyone,
I thought I would let you know how I got on yesterday seeing a surgeon at his private clinic and then THG. I have a couple of questions...if anyone can help me with those........
I first went to MK to see Adrian Richards at the Aurora Clinic. It was the 1st time I saw a surgeon and so I don't know if some are like these, but everything seemed a bit rushed. I was in with him for about 7mins, I thought it was supposed to be half hour. Straight away he asked me if I knew anything about the procedure and I said yes- I had seen his video tutorial online. He was nice and everything it just seems he is one of these people that is obsessed with documenting everything online via video- he had one loads. He was listening to me, but he wasn't- if you get what I mean??!
I got a CD with info on instead of paperwork and it's almost as if he loves the sound of his own voice. I guess I shouldn't judge him by all of this and just go on his qualifications and experience!
I felt a bit better about him when I went in to see a lady called Aggie straight after- who does the sizing. I didn't know he was going to but He joined us in that appointment and looked at my breasts. Unfortunately, for some reason they had no anatomical implants with them!! So i didn't get to see any there. He said everything would be okay if I was to choose them and suggested something in the 300cc. He also said the distance from my nipple to fold was too small (5cm) so they may have to drop that during the op.
Then later in the evening I was in Cambridge Private Hospital, a small hospital 5 mins from my home) where I saw THG. I was much more happier seeing these people. I saw Dr Seno, an Italian surgeon. He had a good look and suggested at least 370cc anatomicals. Went into more depth with his answers to my Qs. Nothing felt rushed even though I was his last appointment! I asked him about my 'small fold' and he said he thinks it would be fine and focused on the importance of the nipple being central etc etc.
Then I saw a lady who did sizing with me. She was lovely and again spent a long time with me even though it was her home time. She even showed me her boobs!! (she's had a BA). She had worked there 2 years and in that time she has never ordered anatomicals! I tried 370cc and 405cc and wasn't sure what was best, but I have plenty of time.
So beforehand I had high expections for Adrian Richards and was slightly disspointed and from what I heard from THG on the support forum I wasn't expecting much from them. But turns out THG are tops for me at the mo!
Because I would like at least another child, I am thinking whether a round but low profile would be a better option for me... does anyone have any thoughts on this??
ALSO, ANYONE WHO HAS HAD ANATOMICALS PLEASE GET IN TOUCH!!
AND, HAS ANYONE HAD/SEEN DR SENO??
Hope you're enjoying you're weekend :)

Re: How I got on yesterday- 2 Consultations
All the way in the US, I have no idea who these dr's and clinics are... I had different kinds of implants too... So I would be useless on both those counts.
But here's what I do think: it matters that you are comfortable with your surgeon, and also it matters what other people who have experience with a particualr doctor or clinic have to say..... One or two bad reviews might be okay to overlook, but if you are seeing a lot of negative info about THG on the forum, maybe look into why that is? And if you didn't feel comfortable with the other guy, then no need to choose him. Perhaps you should schedule a few more consultations, beautiful. Maybe you will find a surgeon/clinic whose patiengts have had great experiences and also who you feel comfortable with. Just my thought. I had absolute faith and trust in my surgeon, which made things so much better for me. That's all the thoughts I can offer.
Best of luck and you'll make the right decision, darlin!

Yep, I agree with this - glad to read that you're getting some other opinions.
You could also check the BAAPS register for other surgeons in your area .
There's plenty more fish in the sea!
