Does anyone know if your supposed to cut the sheets??? Or have I ordered the wrong one, a square instead of strips?

You just cut them to size u need. I cut one in half to make a strip.
They stay in place really well under a bra but can't seem to get it to stay on at night with no bra!

I have found that you can attach them at night with white medical tape...
I have been using now for 3 months and they have made a huge difference just keep it going ..

I have only used them for 5weeks. How long til you could see a difference?
Only one scar is slightly red n raised still. But 10 months po now. Maybe I will try the medical tape. Thanks SharonK.

It took at least 10 weeks before i started to see a difference, but definately worth sticking with im 11 months PO now, but i have to admit my PS did a great job and my scars arent too bad no raised bits at all so happy days for me....
