Silicone sheets/gel
Which is best to reduce the look of the scar? Mine are quite flat already so I don't have a problem with that. I'd just like for the scar to blend with my skin tone a bit more...
I've been using bio oil - massaging it in morning and night. Its really helped to break the scar tissue but I need help with the scar appearance.
can anyone recommend a specific brand?

Re: Silicone sheets/gel
I'm using cica-care silicone gel sheets hun and they have greatly improved my scars. I have to order them in specially from my chemist though (Boots) so if you don't see them and want them, you could as I have and ask if they can get them for you. xx

I think I might start using those silicone gel sheets to see if it helps with my scarring. I will have a look in Boots next time I am there. It is just like wearing a plaster? x

Yes Starz, they just stick to the skin and you can re-use them too, after washing them, the stickiness returns to them and you can just pop 'em back on. They are expensive but do last for ages! xx

I didn't realise you can re-use them, that's good. I think it's worth the expense if they work and last a long time. x
