Hi Chloerose, the biggest offered to me was the 365 11.4 diameter but u r quite a bit taller than me which is probably y 410 would suit u. I know u mentioned that u had measured urself as larger width but the implants would not fill from one side to the other (mine r 14) but i think he measures ur pocket size to allow implant to fit behind comfortably (dont quote me on that tho!)sounds like u got a lot of info while u were ther ( i went away in a daze really having not taken much in but have since been on phone asking loads and finding stuff out on here which is fab!) Ive got another appointment to see Mr M b4 my op just to finalise everything. Ive gien up smoking recently so im wondering if i put on some weight it would mean i could go for larger diameter implants (not sure tho) x good luck Chloe xx

Hey hun, yeah I thought the same - but I did think surely if I asked to ve a DD and offered me these two sizes, theres guna be a fair size difference when Im fulling recovered. E.g if I go for 365 will this make me a D-DD and maybe the 410 would make me like a big DD-E...also you have remember stretch marks :/! He did say my skin should be fine but I am a little bit tight!
Im glad your going to see him again, I dont think anyone should just have one as theres so much to take in....did he warm to you at all? I wanted to make sure I felt I could trust him....I definately had no doubt in his opinion or work but feel I need to see him again :). What size do you want to be? X x x x

Morning Chloe, sounds like you came away with some handy info, you going to see any different surgeons or rebook with MrM? I called to see if I could see him on thurs when I go but he only attends my clinic twice a month :-( so I will just see PCC thurs. How tall are you babe? I'm at least hoping for an offer of at least 410cc. Xxx

Sorry my phone is so hard to reply with lol.....anywho as I was saying....yeah he offered me then 410 so I think he will probably offer it to you....it was a big implant though - I think youll end up towards the DD kind of mark or maybe more but everyones different, I just felt it was very latge - you dont want stretch marks so it would be more then fine if your skin isnt tight x x x

Glad all went well for you babe, 410's sound fab :) the thing what worries me is having them done then regretting not going that bit bigger lol, I have a couple of friends who hav felt that way and still want bigger! Chloe- I asked for at least a D/DD and said as big as i can go without looking ridiculous! lol the co-ordinator told me that on small frames smaller implants have a greater effect with reguards to increasing size. I measured myself with rice boobs (which i made to 350cc so i not disappointed with real thing!) went on La Senza website and with my measurementsw came out as a 30F !!! lol but will be happy with a DD :) to be honest theres very little difference in projection of 365 and 410 cc its more about the width which you need the right size body in the first place for hehe im fairly petite which is prob y he said 365 were plenty (still will try to push 4 more tho!) xx

Post by chloerose7 4th September 2011, 9:45 pm

Hi girls. Yeah I do want to feel I can trust him but I guess I want to maybe try to see another surgeon so I have something to compare it against. Like you said Annaliese, we sometimes have that imagine in our heads that Doctors can be a bit funny which Im fine with but I think for piece of mind I should really...to be honest I want to have Dr M but Id be gutted if something went wrong and didnt go with my first thoughts...
Tanyaxx1 I reckon he'll definitely offer you 410 cc or more mainly because you've breast feed and your skins probably a little bit loser then mine (he did mention that I was a tiny bit tight but its not a lot)
I think I will end up going for the 410's only because I do want quite a bit of width. This difference between the 365's and 410 is like 0.4cm's in width and 0.3cm in projection so not a lot of difference at all really, even though the implant does little quite a bit bigger.
Yeah I to have tiny stretch marks already but you cant really see them...
My thoughts are that as long as your skin can take it and you will achieve the look you after with the bigger implant then do it :)....Im guna try clean this up in my consultation that ill book at a later date :).

Thanks girls for all your help and thoughts by the way :) x x x

Aww Im so glad you said that Emma, coz I had the same kind of thoughts....what did you base your decision on going for him? From research and what others girls had experienced? I definately felt in safe hands but its a big deal isnt it - you always think to yourself, should I go with someone else etc....I definately feel though...if Im guna go with Transform, he's for me. How did you feel when you came out of your consultation? Did he offer you 365's? Im just curious of what 410's will make me roughly seeing as im already a 34b?!...the sports bra he made me put on was a 32c....why is this? Do I need measuring lol x x x

To be honest hun I guess it just felt right. I cant explain it? gut feeling maybe? Ive met so many consultants and surgeons over the years for various health probs and theyre all pretty much the same. They seem to have that 'god complex' that makes them come across arrogant and like theyre above everyone else. But then on the other hand what they do (most of the time) wether theyre brain surgeons or plastic surgeons is pretty bloody amazing.

When i came out i was pretty drained really, it took me a few days to get things straight in my own head. He offered me 320's 365's 380's and 410's coz i said i def didnt want to be bigger than a dd. I was going to have the 365's right up until the night of the op when i changed my mind and decided on 410's. Very glad i did!!

I was a 34/36b, im not sure if the same size implant would look bigger on someone slimmer or if theres more factors to it than that? Im a 10 top 12 bottom and shorter than you so have no idea what size you'll end up but im guessing a good dd/e?
Hope this helps sweet. xxx

Hunny that really helped coz im a 34B already maybe a tiny 32C but about the same as you...honestly this has helped me so much because of what yours looked like and your size i think thats cleared it up a lot for me :).
did you have the more compact gel-filled cohesive implant? Mr M seems like these ones

Hi girls,

Chloe thanks for your account of your meeting with Dr M - sounds pretty similar to my experience (I vaguely remember him making a sarky joke too!) I like what you said about wanting width as well as projection - hope I remember to ask that when I see the guy at the Hospital Group. Annaliese, I have 'not got much to work with' in terms of current boobage and skin - my ribcase is HUGE! I guess I should put on some weight to try and get my body more in proportion to it, maybe then I could get offered bigger boob options. Have to say that Dr M really didn't push big sizes with me (maybe cos I am geriatric and 30) - and couldn't see me getting anything above a 310cc max. It has been really interesting reading about all your investigations as to size and shape implants available - I though originally the teardrop ones would be more 'natural' but then read that on smaller boobed (originally) women a round actually gets a more natural result (plus they flop to the side when you lie down like actual boobs - which has to be good!) Yeah, and think I will ask about partials too - also seem to be something to consider if you are starting out as a small boobed one. I was interested to see that Dr M wasn't interested in seeing your pics either Chloe!
