i had my 1st proper bath and it felt great. It was the 1st time i'd been wthout my bra for that long lol, well 15mins lol, and my boobs felt heavy ad it felt like my scars were gonna open up and my implant drop out, i am not used to the weight on them , i will get used to it though xx
I'm ok today hun just bad timing with my PMS in same week as recovery
The old boobs are dropping down already, no bruises despite the frantic week of lifting/cleaning/driving lol...Got some new pics up on picturetrail if you still have the password..I have not looked at them today I'm tending just to take photos. They are more sore on the side where the drains were and swollen out too .....Feels nice to have a full bosom back and that's why I went through this whole thing in the 1st place so my mood is lifting Yes you got nice heavy boobs now but i think that will lesson as you become used to them xx

hi
i am feeling great, i am at a wedding all day tomorrow and can't find a shrug to wear with my dress. i need it to cover my bra straps. i'll be going in every shop in the morning hoping to find one.
kezza i thought excactly the same with my scars, they definately don't look long enough to fit the implant in, they do a really good job xx

Re: May Buddies
As May draws to a close may I just say to everybody that I enjoyed a lot the build-up to my surgery (May 14th), and sharing experiences with those who had BA slightly before or after me. It has been fun and I wish you (and myself) the best with your recovery and the best result possible.

Hi everyone
I'm now on day 9, doing really well, am able 2 do just about everything for myself without any pain or discomfort! It still hurts in the morning with the whole morning boob thingy but even that isn't as bad so hopefully that will go soon..why do we get that? Is it because we're in the same position for so long?? Still sleeping on my back but with my legs turned to the side, am hoping in a few days I'll b back on my side!! 2mro is my first time back to the surgeon for post op check where hopefully she tell me everything's as it should be n I can then shower!! Yay!!
Hope everyone else is ok aswell xx

Hi Lovlie Laides
I'm 2 weeks and 1 day..Had my dressings off yesterday. Spend the day walking round London got pretty tired/hot. I'm back 2 normal, lifting, driving all that stuff, and sleeping on my side. The nurse was extremely surprised I was healing SO well, given I had worked myself in 2 a lather last week She said I looked like week FIVE not week 2 ...lol..No bruises at all which is great..
I am having the odd pain killers as needed. The nipples and boobs drive me crazy with sensitive issues (like I have sit without the bra 4 half an hour because I cannot bear the feeling) I have softened on each outside still firm on the inside. Urm, yes, the size, they are for me still to big I hope they will drop a size to a D they are more like DD-E right now...I really hope everyone is healing ok, I got my curves back But I did and do find it is very sore but I know that's because I have not rested 100% so take heed get a good 2 weeks ...xxxxHuge hugs!

Re: May Buddies
Hi everyone..hope ur all well!! 2day Ive noticed that my right side boob is noticeably larger than the other side..is it too early for the fluffing? Cos it does look slightly lower than the other side?? It's slightly more sensitive 2day I wudnt say it's painful as such, but don't know if this is normal and whether I need 2 call my PS! Hoping it's not the start of capsular contraction or worse, anyone else experience this?? On day 12 now and it was all goin so well :(

Hi shellyj and nvy3 nice 2 hear frm u both..Shellyj so glad your pleased with them
what a fantastic result 2 have already nvy3 I think it is way too soon you should call your PS anytime you feel you need to have a chat about things that could be making you feel anxious about your results, you paid a lot of money don't be shy about that :flowers: I think give it a few more days things might ease off but talk 2 your PS or nurse just to put your mind at ease x :good: x

Hello hun,
I think your right in not splurging but its so tempting to treat the new girls isn't it
I DID but some 34DD bras but I suspect that may of been a little premature, they are not fitting in2 that at all and I don't think they are still massively swollen.
I hope all the may buddies are feeling ok,
Now the dreaded first few weeks are drawing 2 a close

Hiya Kezza how are you darlin? Are you settling in2 your boobs now x I'm good, boobs almost all soft (around outside) I'm sneaking the odd underwired bra too (naughty me! )
The size, yes I said it before and I will say it again they are a bit too big still but I don't think they will magically shrink, unless they do when they D/F xx hope your well x

Oh no darlin its your nerve endings finding new connections (like tree roots) they don't automatically grow back in the old place but its a really good sign 4 your healing, if you felt nothing I'd be worried...
A cool, cold cloth run under the tap worked 4 me, just drape it on your boobs and chillax,
(it drove me nuts 4 about 5 days)
xx
