Re: May Buddies
To add to that- don't buy the pregnancy one (there's quite a few types now)
it just says on the front dry skin and tone skin. I used this religiously 1 month pre BA. And I've rubbed it on my boobs everyday since. And u can't even see my old stretch marks from using it xxxx

Re: May Buddies
Hi
OK I have another question. Is it a sports bra or a support bra you wear after the BA? Where is the best (cheapest place) to get them? How many do you need....Lol I know you've got some coz you hang them round your house like your bf's Nan used to

Re: May Buddies
The comfiest ones I've got (out of my 17 strong collection) are George @ Asda post surgery bras. They are £6 but if ur asdas anything like mine they are always sold out. So grab them online.
Yesterday I bought a high impact sports bra (its pink so I can make it look nice as the post surg bras limit what uu can wear) but I don't think that's too good to wear. Although very supportive it seemed to push my boobies in a lot. But if I'm having an uncomfortable night I can wack that one on now (or if the boyf is coming round haha) its more attractive than the granny hammocks! Hahaha xxx

Re: May Buddies
Zolza. I had no idea what sizes to get but I recommend getting a few as u need a clean one every day and I also say to get a few with a back band bigger. As day 7/8 my ribs started swelling and a 34 became to uncomfy.
I got 34 and 36 DD, E and F to start with then I keep meaning to take back the DDs and F. But memory is awful! Haha xxxxx

Re: May Buddies
Id get a a 34E and a 36DD 36 E. I was a 34a/b before my first op and due to the swelling i wore 36E's for 2 days then I went into the 34dd's then 34d and then finally ended up in 32c's/d's. Asda and matalan use the same sports bra and they are cheap, just stock up in a 3/4 sizes.
I was covered in stretchmarks when i was pregnant so my boobies were all ready covered, luckily i havent got any new ones.
I am starting to worry about it all now and seeing my surgeon tomorrow to finalise what will happen in my op. So feeling nervous about that.

Re: May Buddies
why do you need to have a reop hun? I had a reop 2 years after my first BA (13 years ago) and I can assure you the pain is nothing like the first one. I think I read you had unders and apparently they are more painful. Imagine the worst muscle pull in the world and that's what you went through. Trust me the reop should be much easier.

Re: May Buddies
Hi Girls :)
It all went well. Going to go for 525cc- Dr Singh said it will give my dd-e size and I'm happy with it.
I'm booked for 6th May and will go first thing in the morning due to mild latex allergy- should be done by 10am :))) Did try to convince him to do it under local for me as I am terrified of general but he said not to be silly.
They were a bit worried about the fact that when I was born I had a little hole in my heart- will contact my gp about it but I don't think it will help as I moved to England 7 years ago and they just simply won't have info about it. Never had any problems with my heart since- I think It healed over. I am active and fit, going to the gym 3x per week and do a lot of swimming. Do you think I should be getting any tests done?
