Yeah I've just been for a lovely dog walk down the beach. I had to hold onto my boobs (that are still wrapped up in a weird dressing thingy) but it was so nice to get out. I do believe keeping moving is much better. Each time I've sat still I stiffen up and feel uncomfortable but moving seems good. It also keeps your blood flowing reducing the post op risk of clots etc.

I think you're right. Movement is a lot better after most ops. I am hoping to be able to do tonnes of walking after the op as it is the only exercise I will be having for a while lol! What support bra did you get?

I got one in M&S and it is called maximum support, no wire, thick straps, and over the fabric giving the support over the whole boob, there is a lace design to make it look a bit nicer. Was so weird, the white ones were £20 and the black are £16!! Exactly the same though!

oh no - and you've still got seven nights of this!! :mornincoffee:
I was exactly the same last night (big time difference in Aus - it's 10am here on the 9th now) I didn't get to sleep for hours!! And a 4.30am wake up is not so great at the best of times, let alone after just minutes of sleep - grrr! Shocked
I really hope we feel like we don't even know what we were so worried about after it's all over... lol
I had my first bad dream on the weekend too :( It was horrible! I had woken up after the op and they looked TERRIBLE, I woke up feeling like I was having a panic attack! hahaha :pale:

The reop is much easier than the original BA xxxx

I am getting my expander implant replaced. I am also getting both implants moved from unders to partials and dropped down just a little bit.
My only worry is now how i will cope with the kids. My husband is back to work tuesday so i am on the school and nursery run with a buggy and steps to manage :( no idea how i wil get back for my check ups either x

8 more sleeps for me! I am nervous mainly about the GA and picking the right size!! Went today for appointment with consultant to check size picked I was happy with.

Having unders so he said I cannot do any heavy lifting for 6 wks!!! I'm a single mum with 3 kids - I'll try my best! got great family support though to get me through first few weeks.

Excited to finally have my breasts back plus a bit more :) !!!
