Ok so I had my 405 pips removed, scar tissue cut out and implants replaced with trx705 natrelle implants. I am swollen around my ribs and new boobies are a bit achey but other than that they are fab and I love them!!! Thanks to those of u that gave me advice and support and I will check back to wish you luck on your new boobies days too xx

Kaboobie I know exactly what you mean I had a panic the other day that they still weren't going to be right after he'd fixed them. I'm convinced that he is going for the wrong size again. All people say is trust your surgeon but I did last time and he got it wrong for me! Aw well I suppose we will have to give them the benefit of the doubt and have a little faith xx

Oh Gosh...a week today! I am off to get my post op bloods etc and then going shopping to pick up what I need. I also need to clean my room and bathroom and my office for post op chilling!

Hope everyone who's just had ops are feeling well today and those that are happing them in near futre are getting nicely prepared. x

Mr Singh advised me to wait until my 6 month mark but he agreed that I needed a larger implant to fill out what I had to start with & also that one is a different size. So I have to wait a few more months before I can get them sorted.

Did you get your questions answered hon? It feels like the op is really close BUT still 5 sleeps away! I am getting my last workouts in. Doing body attack and pump today. Also having a trip out with my friend which should be good! x

Good for you giving your bod a good workout before your op. I'm destined to be a whale on my holiday this year cos I've had poorly kids for the last couple of weeks and haven't had a minute to myself to do anything and with the op won't be able to do any for a bit. I'm still hoping with a bit of luck I won't see my belly cos my boobs will be so big lol.

I can't remember how long I'm supposed to leave it before I exercise must remember to ask. I go at the beginning for July so hopefully I will be able to have a couple of weeks before I go to blast it lol.

5 sleeps its flying isn't it Tuesday will be here before I know it. I was a Tuesday last time and got to know my admission time on the Friday so with a bit of luck I will find out tomorrow xx

Ah sorry kids haven't been well. You can't exercise for 6 weeks sad smile

I had a call from clinic yesterday saying my admisson time is 10.30am...so car is collecting me at 7.30am. The driver called today to confirm...he seemed lovely.

4 sleeps now....yikes! x

I won't find out my admission time until tomorrow. I can't believe how fast its going. I must remember to buy some hibiscrub I didn't last time but now I know of its existance for some reason I feel I must lol. Yep 4 more sleeps and we will be on our way to new boobies woo hoo xx

I'm being picked up at 11.30 by their driver it takes around 2 hours to get there so I guess I will be late afternoon again. 2 more sleeps now I'm starting to get the jitters not as bad as last time and kind of excitable.

I'm still praying he gets the right size its finding the balance of going wide enough without being too big. I just want to look good in my triangle bikini again and not look like my boobs don't end in the right place. When they were first done they looked great in hindsight I was swollen. I had loads of swelling last time so I won't know if they've turned out ok for weeks!!!!!!!!!

I guess cos I haven't seen the size of the implant I'm getting I'm still not reassured. Oh well in 2 more sleeps I will be well on my way to knowing! Might go make some rice boobs so I can see how much of a difference 90cc's is. Anything to pass away the time lol xxxxxx

Hon...is it double bubble you have? Did the doc not suggest doing a uplift at all? Cos just shoving a bigger implant without uplifting the skin is likely to sag...from the research I have done. Lots of PS's won't put big implants in to fill excess skin...they suggest/insist on doing an uplift. Just worried that you will get a temp result but then be in a worse situation. Def discuss an uplift and consider the size of your implants. Have heard you PS is famous for the big/fake look and doesn't favour uplift but puts bigger implants in. If your after that look he does a good job but I would suggest discussing a uplift. Hope you get things sorted.

One more sleep! Ah...so much to do. Doing loads of gym classes today and need to clean my car, bedroom and bathroom. Sort clothes and stuff to take to the hospital! x

This day is flying by must remeber to nip out and buy mags for journey or dig out a book. Not packing my case until later cos I will only forget what I've put in and keep checking it lol. This time tomorrow I hope I will be done or in theatre. Probably wishful thinking as I won't get there until about 1.30. I've prepared myself for the same as last time going down to theatre after 7 that way anything before is a bonus!
