and the catch is ....
£6,286.00 .............
I thought I'd found my surgeon I really liked her but it is nearly a grand more that quoted as i need to get my tubular breasts corrected.
£5,300 was enough I don't know what I am supposed to do now I am going to see her again for 2nd consultation, I just cant stop crying I cant believe it.
Should I cancel?

aww im sorry to hear this especially as you are saving so hard and so close to your goal .
have you been to other clinics which could maybe quote you cheaper ?
do u have to pay for this second consultation ? if not then you could go along discuss your options with her and maybe they could give you a discount its always worth a try .
i kno its very upsetting when u get a set back but dont give up , it just might take a little longer , sammi xx

If she is worth it save a little longer. I am paying $9000 for my implants here in Toronto. I could have gotten them done cheaper but I have had my eye on this doctor for about 3 years now. He has really good reviews. It is alot of money so sometimes you get what you pay for.

My ps was one of the most expensive in the area, but he was the ps I wanted, and I was already spending a fortune, that bit more didnt really matter. Now looking back I dont even care about the money, I got what I paid for and I am happy.

Thanks girls,
I am feeling a bit less emotional today, I was out drinking and got home it was such a shock! I think the vodka clouded my rational thinking.
I don't think they will move on price it is Spire after all, I got quoted cheaper with THG (just under 4 grand) but I didn't like them, they also never mentioned nipple correction.
I might have to look into options of different surgeons, But I will be doing it alone and Spire is the only place local that I know of where I can have the op done.
Ahhhh Gutted.... and I thought choosing size was the biggest problem.
