Mini Me!
Hi girls,
Finally had my consult.. Went really well but I am prob going to have the smallest boob job in history!
Basically the surgeon (Simon Withey from Mybreast) said that as I have "very deflated breasts" and am on the skinny side, in order to try to avoid the implant showing at the sides / rippling, he advised to have 180 / 220 max (mod profile textured rounds).
On the one hand I was a bit disappointed that I can prob only achieve a B cup, not a C as I had hoped, but on the other hand it really made me have faith in him that he knows his stuff, is not a risk-taker and wants the best result possible for me. He did say he can always try both and then decide in theatre which will fit best if I can't decide.
So....just need to do some more rice-testing and get on the phone and book!
Good luck Gemmy for your consult on Sat!

Re: Mini Me!
Yay I wondered when you would be on!
Glad it all went well for you. As long as you will be happy with the result size doesn't matter.
Did they tell you how long to think about it for before booking?

Re: Mini Me!
First step out the way wow!!! Good things come in small packages eh!!! Good to hear you feel confident with your surgeon. However, I am not sure about you turning out a b cup. I had 250cc anatomical and 230cc is only 20cc different not much at all. Also if you are having round they will be more centered if that makes sense, whereas mine are more spread out so you could end up with a c cup.
Everyone is different, I do not understand (as most) how some have much larger implants and end up a d and I am sometimes d/c depending on bra. But as you can see from us all, we are all more than happy to have anyboobs xx I am sure you will be as pleased as the rest of us xx

Re: Mini Me!
So the smaller you are around the ribcage the bigger your boobs will look basically, imagine a size 6 girl with 26" ribcage trying on a 300cc implant and a size 12 woman with 29" ribcage trying on the same, the implants will look (and measure) much bigger on the smaller girl x
Re: Mini Me!
Hey LMT
You sounds like you're quite petite, and I think both those sizes would give you fantastic, natural boobies. I'm size 12 and had 265cc. Good luck hunni.

Re: Mini Me!
I agree with Nads, the important thing is not the actual volume of the boobs but how they will look on you! And if you are very petite a smaller size won't look too small on you. They will look full and natural. You are going to be chuffed either way, the difference from what you are now will be amazing!!

Re: Mini Me!
Glad you had a good consultation - like the others say, if you're petite you aren't going to need a big implant to get the look your after.
Did you try the different sizes in a bra to get an idea of the result?

Re: Mini Me!
Thanks girls, feeling quite excited today (about to ring and bokk!) and even if I only get to a B, if it looks natural and full on me then I will be happy..
Yes Annie I tried both sizes on in a 32B sports bra and the 220 did feel huge! But I know unders look 10% smaller as the muscle holds them in a bit more. I loved seeing me with boobs tho, it just felt like my old body back..
I think that was definitely the moment I thought ok girl no going back now!
Boobies here I come!
