I'm not actually sure what you mean babe by 'what bra size is the equivalent to a 30E?'

If you've been fitted for a 30E sportsbra then that's the bra you should be wearing sweetness My post op bra don't seem to be supporting anymore 907337

Has all your swelling gone down now as I am still wearing my 34DD
M & S zip front bra and Asda 34E bra and still have a mark under boobs when I take it off - I was wearing 32 in. band before BA although I have now measured myself as a 29 in. so presume I will need a 30 in. band eventually. Does the band on your 34E feel too big now or is the problem with the cup size? xx
