hi all im have 800cc but my boobs have a big space inbetween so is it better to get high or mid profiles?xx

The higher the profile for any given volume, the smaller the diameter of each implant will be. So if there is a large gap, it is perhaps better to go for a slightly lower profile.
However, it isn't always possible to get them very close together as this would distort the nipple position so that they would project outwards rather than forwards so it is always best to ask your surgeon and go by his recommendations as he has the experience and knowledge to give you what is best for you.

I always thought things like this were up to the surgeon, I certainly didnt get a say with the profile I had. x

I would think with 800cc they would be quite wide anyway, So would have thought high would be fine and it will give you more projection than moderate profile implants.
