Re: May girls!
think shiny pointy high-up boobs are the norm straight after - once they soften up then they move closer together i've heard - i read someone's post saying they started almost in her armpits! then moved towards the middle more.

yes they will change quite a lot over the next 3 months. And even after that you can expect them to gradually carry on softening up and changing shape. Though they probably won't come very close together (like bum clevage!) without a push up bra ... xx

Re: May girls!
I completely understand with the itching, I get the stabbing pains every now and again. Slowly getting feeling back in my skin and it was stretched, boobs gone a bit veiny as well, but I expect it's just because the skin is stretched so tight. I'm sure as they settle they'll go. Cant believe how quick the time is going. I can't wait to buy some nice bras, and I'm glad I still fit into my size 12 tops, but the size 10's well they will have to go.
How is everyone else doing with their healing. Is sleeping propped up taking it's toll on anyone elses back?

Re: May girls!
ouch the stabbing pains too, for 2 nights in a row they were so suden and painful that the woke me up and I actually shouted out in my sleep! Are yours the same as that? I was a little worried it meant something was wrong, then the night after I didnt have them, then only mild last night
Soooo much looking forward to buying some nice bras too, been trying to find a sports bra that looks even a little nicer that the ones I have, not much luck so far!
I took a pillow away last night and slept much better, still propped up only not quite as much :)
hey I think its great we all have the same problems in here!

Re: May girls!
Yeah the stabbing pains kept me awake 2 nights ago till about 5am. I was so tired. But they seem to be easeing off now, just get a couple every now and again. I didn't know what everyone meant by morning boob for until this morning, they ached when I got up, so now I know. If I lie down on the sofa watching TV for a bit, when I get up they ache as well. Ha ha. At least I know they're healing now. Can't wait to get my dressings off now, the sticky parts seem to be pealing off and was a bit worried my bra might rub them off. Just scared of seeing the scars, but I'm sure they will be fine.
I was happy this morning as I seen that my boobs are moving slightly, although can't feel them moving yet. I looked down at them when bending over and had a noticeable clevage (on me I couldn't believe it) they didn't quite come together, but I was very happy. Although they seem to be shrinking a bit, maybe swelling is going down, or maybe I'm just getting used to seeing them. Hopefully I wont get boobie greed, but I can feel it coming on. Hopefully they will drop and be bouncy soon. I can't wait for that day. So excited. They are starting to feel like mine now instead of like 2 rocks strapped to my chest.
I think i will try taking a pillow away, it might help. I tried moving onto my side, but even with pillows for support, felt I was pulling my stiches.
I did try and find a sports bra that didn't look quite as granny-ish. But I have had no luck either. If you come across one let me know and I'll do the same. But I doubt we will.
It is good that we all have the same/similar problems, it's nice to know that what we are going through is normal. Cause it can be scary when you think something is wrong. And knowing that other people are going through it at the same time is slightly comforting, just knowing your not alone. I'm so glad I found this site or I'd be a paranoid freak

hehe - lefty is giving me a bit more trouble, think my muscles might be a bit tighter on that side - mind you, I also woke up the other day lying on my back with both my arms overs my head - I never sleep like that! Anyway, it gave me a good dose of morning boob

This has been the worse part for me - sleep deprivation and back ache :-(. When I saw my ps on Tuesday he told me I could sleep on my side or back but not on my front, and I don't have to sleep sitting up as such. Being able to sleep on my side has made things a bit easier, but I keep waking up throughout the night because my unconscious mind is thinking "musn't roll onto my front!!"

Shock absorbers aren't too bad, but the asda sports bra in black is reasonably presentable too ...

Yepp, it's been wonderful to have you guys here. BJS has been a very important source of support for me because I've essentially done this by myself. I had a friend come and collect me from hospital and stay with me for one night, but apart from her I haven't told anyone else in real world. Just knowing you ladies are around and going through the same things has given me such a lot of help - so thank you girlies

Re: May girls!
Ohh ms1 I'm thrilled! I kinda thought they might stay hard and high up forever, still high but a def improvement in the last few hours... although one has gone numb now probably cos I was squishing it to see if i could
I agree with your earlier post (and Annie too) i dont know what I'd have done without this place, I'd have been ringing the doc every 2 minutes asking if everything I was feeling was normal!
If you check on the bra thread there have been a couple of suggestions for ones that look nicer than that Asda one!
Good luck tonight too if you take a pillow away, hope you sleep easier x

Re: May girls!
Aw thaks hun, hopefully the pillow removal will work. I thank god for hot water bottles let me tell ya. I couldn't have slept at all without one.
I hope mine drop on day 13, it's only 3 more days that would be brill. It must be so nice, have u been jumping up and down to see if tehy bounce. I'd be squishing too much too hun. Just think you could wake up 2moz with and they be squishier. I'm so excited for you, one step closer to bouncy boobies and pretty bras. I am green with envy :) .
He he i just tried jumping, they didn't move really aw well, they will soon. I cant stop poking them, I keep leaning forward and checking out my clevage still. It's gonna keep me amused for years.
This site is definately a god send. I'm so thankful for it.
Enjoy your boobies hun I'm sure they'll start changing day by day now. And be softening too. They will give you hours of fun :)

Re: May girls!
Well they didnt bounce much, but a little is a good start! Fingers crossed for yours too, could be any day! Although mine have now gone harder again and a little numb, so I'm going to leave them alone now
I'm so excited for you and the day you realise yours squish and move a little too! But you have a cleavage to keep you amused at the moment anyway
I never thought of trying a hotwater bottle, I think that would have helped a lot over the last couple of weeks, any more aches and pains and I'll try that!

Re: May girls!
My boobs are soft to touch today. I poke my boobs all the time, just to see where the numb areas are. And poking them today I realised they didn't feel like rocks anymore, and they have dropped very slightly as my bra is in the crease of my boob, I didn't have a crease before as they were like torpedos. I'm so happy, especially after having a bad night last night, I had clevage ache, it felt like leftie had a terrible lump like bruise, but feeling it and looking at it there was no lump, it kept me awak half the night, then woke up with unbearably itchy scars and sun burn feeling side boob. But my boobs have cheered me up by feeling soft, they dont bounce yet though. Its so exciting though all this changes. All these little uncomfortable bits are so small and totally worth it.
Rachel09 deffo try the hot water bottle if you ache, it's an instant relief. Cant put it anywhere near boobies but anywhere else is fine.
Glad yours bounced a little it is a good start. I get up every morning looking and checking for any little change. totally obssessed with my boobies.
Not to worry Annie66 I'm sure yours wont take long now, and yours will be dropping and fluffing too, especially with unders.

Re: May girls!
Hi All,
Actually went ahead with the surgery....I liked Mr meleagros and OH who is pretty good with reading people also liked him..he had a nice manner and took the time to go over the op's......I voiced my concerns about the size recommended by the stand in ps..he listened and brought out a variety of sizes...he left me to try on loads while he went to do op on another girl.....I decided on 340cc..he came back looked at boobies again told me I should have a nipple uplift he could do it but not that day..( wasn't even mentioned in the previous consults) and that 340's wouldn't sort the problem ..told me that I needed to go bigger we agreeded on 380cc.....no pressure from PS or OH...looking good!!thou very sore at the minute...left boobie......very, very sore and a lot more swollen....
I also had lipo as well so feeling pretty poorly...it's amazing how much blood seeps out of the wounds he made.......will write more and get pics up as soon a GA wears off as in and out of sleep at the mo....

Aww, well done Shandy ,
Glad you liked Mr M and felt comfortable with him. Make sure you relax and get lots of rest now - you've had two procedures (including quite big implants!) so you're probably going to feel a bit more tired than the rest of us usually do. Pleased you like the look of your new !

hehe - yes ladies - this boobie business is only just getting started!! I was saying to LMT that mine feel like those stress balls you can get. Which is an extra bonus at the moment, given that I'm cupping and squeezing them so much!
