Re: April Buddies!
Hi Dell,
My left is great, no swelling and healing lovely. The right is a bit more swollen, but it's doing fine.
I don't have any bruising, thanks to the arnica. I'm even managing to sleep slightly on my side, which is so comfy.
I know what you mean about the itchy incisions though. I was sat last night very lightly scratching over the top of my bra, just to give some sensation, and that seemed to deal with it.
Fab news that you're healing well!
When do you go back to see your surgeon?

Re: April Buddies!
I bet they'll fluff Dell.
Your poor OH :heehee:
I'm back to see PS on Friday, but I don't know what for really. Probably just to check the wounds, heh? Maybe have the dressings changed, i don't know.
He said I can wear a soft bra from now on as long as it doesn't interfere with the incisions, so I might see if I can see something online.
Enjoy the sunshine xx

Re: April Buddies!
Hi Girls
So nice catching up and reading how you all are.
I'm still on the count-down for my BA day; not long now!!!
I haven't been sleeping well waking up every hour or so - unsure if its nerves or over excitement?!
Having been so relaxed; i'm now a total wreck..... just want it done now!

Re: April Buddies!
Hi Spamf0rd, Have you got much help with the little one for after your op if its available for the first few days take it. I had overs so my recovery was easy my little one was 7 months when I had my 1st op. It is difficult not to lift them but if you come down to their level or let them climb on your lap for cuddles it makes it much easier than trying to lift them up. Good luck with your op!

Re: April Buddies!
4 more sleeps woo hoo so thats 3 of us on the 19th then.
I was the same the first time nerves really got me so I'm hoping to keepp them at bay this time but its creeping closer and I have had the odd fleeting thought of am I doing the right thing going under the knife in the name of boobies again.
Ah well in a few days it will all be hopefully over and my recovery will be easy and complication free and I won't have to face another op for a long long time. Well unless I save up for lipo lol but that would be after I've saved for my botox lol.
Hoping all you post oppers are having an easy recovery and all you pre oppers aren't too nervous. Big hugs to you all xxxx

Re: April Buddies!
You lucky things being 1st ones down I was the last on my 1st op and it was way after 7pm when I went to theatre and I had been told toget there for 12. I hope I don't have as long a wait this time. I'm being picked up at 11.30 and it takes a couple of hours to get there so I can see it going the same way again. At least I'm getting sorted and in 3 sleeps it will be new boobies take 2. xx

Not long now xx
I have been told to come down for midday - been put back from 1130am until midday so i have a bad feeling i'll be last on the list too....
Going to pack plenty of mags to try to keep the nerves at bay (which at the mo. is impossible)
It takes about 3 an a half to 4 hours to get there - not looking forward to the journey there or back home BUT it will be worth it in the end!!
GoodLuck everyone x
