Hi everyone
All done and back in my room now!
Feeling a bit sore but hey that's expected, dozing myself up with morphine.
Ended up going with 315 cc instead of 365 cc, but I'm really happy with the decision, I love them!!!!!
So happy, I can't believe it's actually happened and I have the boobs I've always wanted! Woohoo.
I hope all my other Monday girls are going well

Re: April Buddies!
Feeling fab now. Was going post at 4.30pm, but realized nothing would make sense haha x
Here goes.....
Arrived at 12pm and was shown to my room. I unpacked and settled down with my book.
At 12.20pm the Nurse came in, did my ob's and checked all my medical questionnaire, she measured me for surgical stockings and asked me to get changed. I asked her if I had a time slot and she said that Theatre was opening at 1pm and I was either first or second.
Two pages of my book later, 12.30pm, my PS came in, went through everything with me and I signed the consent forms. Read a page of my book.
Anaesthetist arrived at 12.45, signed more forms.
PS returned at 12.55 and marked me up, I giggled cos I had a feeling he was just drawing smiley faces on my boobs :D
I'd just sat down and picked my book up when the Assistant Anaesthetist came in and wanted to check everything once more (1.05pm), I answered all his questions and as he stood up to go I thanked him and opened my book.
He said 'you can leave your book you won't be needing it, come with me'
Aaaaaaaarggghh! Where was the 2-3 hour wait I was expecting?!?!
I walked down to the pre-op room and lay down whilst they inserted the cannula and monitor thingys. I felt quite calm. The last thing I remembered was the guys telling me the liquid might sting as it went up my vein, I told him 'It doesn't sting, just feels cold, ooh, don't ask me anything I think I'm going to sleep' :)
I recall being in Recovery, though I don't know what time, and struggling to open my eye, I had an oxygen mask on. I had no pain in my left boob, but quite a bit in the right one so I got a small dose of Morphine, then as I conked out again I can remember shivering quite a lot. As I closed my eyes someone was putting a quilt over me.
I woke up in my room at 3.45pm, so idea how long I'd been there lol
I rang hubby, text my friends and briefly spoke to my mum. DH told me later that I made no sense at 4pm hahaha
I had some toast n tea and got my book out. PS arrived at 5pm to see how I was.
He said it went really well, I'm wearing a 32c bra (but it's barely containing me) and he put in 295cc. He said the size looked very good on me in theatre. He's predicted a D cup, which I'm thrilled with.
I told him about the pain in my right boob & he felt them and said I didn't have a haematoma on the right side....phew!
I had some codeine and slept for another hour, when I woke up I felt fantastic!
I've looked in the mirror and just love them, I'm so happy!!
My left side feels fine, but the right is quite sore. It was the first side done and the ever so slightly smaller side, maybe that has something to do with it, I don't know.
I'm going home tmw, can't wait, ooh and I haven't lost any sensation in my nipples, hurray!
Well done if you got this far heehee
Hope all the other girls feel good xx

Although 525 sounds huge it really has just filled out all the space i had! It doesnt look mega i promise! Id say dnt be afraid by the number and just go with what looks right on uour body!
Gabby i was exactly the same! Rightside was in pain and lefty was fine lol! When i had the drains out the right was fine though!!

Re: April Buddies!
Hi girls!
Congratulations to those of you who have been given the best thing ever, over the past few days, and good luck to those of you who have theirs coming soon!
I'm now 7days post op, going for my check-up today, but I'm feeling great! I'm able to lie pretty much flat in bed but still on my back for now, no pain just a little discomfort from the bra and breast band but all worth it!!
Hope all are having a speedy recovery!!!!!

Re: April Buddies!
There's no way I'm a C, Pebbles haha
My ribcage has swollen to 30 inches (from 29) and in my support bra I measure 36 in around the fullest part.
That makes me a 30E!!
The 32C bra he had me in was the cause of the pain in my boobs, I'm convinced of it. I changed into my Macom bra when I got home and it is so much more comfy.
Hopefully they'll stay roughly the size they are now, there's not too much swelling at all really.
The Arnica has worked too, I don't have a single mark/bruise on me!!!

I had 410 overs too! Which surgeon are u having?xxxx
Hiya. Im so happy that you replied to my post, ive been following your journey and really enjoyed reading about how things have gone for you! Its really put me at ease.
I have Mr Nathan doing my surgery. I really want to up my cc's to 410 and 460 but the nurse and co ordinator are not happy about it and dont think he'll go for it as he likes the natural look apparently. :dunno:
I just really dont want to be any smaller than a d/d cos i love big boobs and im only a 36b. im having 380 and 410 so fingers crossed!
I hope you're recovering well! x x

Re: April Buddies!
Hey!
Unfortunately I had to cancel my 20th April date as I did not manage to clear up my doubts in time and the clinic failed to convince me.
I have consultations with 2 more surgeons but it is unlikely that everything will be done by the end of April now... so I'm no longer an April buddy I guess :(
I'll post my new date as soon as I get one, I'll probably be a May buddy then!

Dell Congratulations so glad you are happy
Gabby Congratulations liked your story nice to know you are happy.
Karen try to check the size you are getting, my friend had Mr Nathan and she wasn't happy he is a lovely guy nothing wrong there but he tends to go for small natural so make sure you get what you want, you are spending a lot of money
