Rippling??
Sorry I haven't been on here for a few weeks, I've been trying to distance myself from the whole boob thing....think I was getting a little obsessed!
Here's a question for you, when I lie down my boobs go to the side a little bit which is fine as I don't want two Madonna cones but my rightie seems to have abit of a hollowness too it on the inside side if that makes sense?? Should I be worried at all?
Even my husband is sick of me moaning about them, I've waited so long for this op and I absolutely love my boobs but I'm just so paranoid something is going to go wrong!
Oh and the other thing is when they soften up some more will I be able topush them together more - there seems to be a gap at the mo. Aarrgg I hate my boney little pigeon chest but love my lady lumps ontop of it :heehee:

Re: Rippling??
Hi Milliepig, just wanted to let you know that i think its normal for your boobs to go to the side a little when you lie down mine do, and i would of thought that natural ones do too...not sure what you mean about the hollowness though hun soz.. but as they get more softer you will definately be able to push them together more, i can now and im just over 3 months i think.

Re: Rippling??
that sounds like a little bit of rippling maybe. Did you have overs?
I think thats just one of the things with overs. It depends how bad it is and whether you can live with it.

Re: Rippling??
It sounds like rippling to me. I have overs at the moment and never noticed rippling until I lost some volume from my own breast tissue (pregnancy & breastfeeding) when I lie down I can see it just at the top of my left implant...it really isn't all that obvious I am just super picky when it comes to things. Rippling to a certain extent I believe is very common especially if you didn't have much breast tissue prior to the op. x

Re: Rippling??
My boobs go to the side when I lie down and I have found a little rippling, sort of feels like little ridges in the implant when I am lying on my side. I can't see it, just feel it. I'm pretty picky and obsessive over things but I can live with it as it's not bad, but do still prod and poke at them.

Re: Rippling??
hello girls I am only 4.5weeks post op and just bent over and looked in mirror and saw saw like an indent on the inside top half of my left boob, (like as if you could see the outline of the implant)surely this should not happen at this stage. I can also feel what feels like the bottom of the implant in the same boob at the bottom but you cant see anything. also cant see anything in the middle wen stand normal only when bent over.Mind you have had trouble with left boob since day one taking alot longer to heal than right. help

Re: Rippling??
Rippling. I'm afraid of that. That's why I'm seriously thinking of unders. I mean if you're getting it at such an early stage, what the hell's it gonna look like in say, 7 yrs. I've seen some proper rippling in celebs too, like Courtney Love and that Paula Abdul. That's why I cave a such a bad mental stigma about it.
The fact they go to the sides though is good coz natural ones do that. Until you'd said that I thought they were just gonna stay domed on top.
