hey ladies, i need some advise regarding sports bra fitting, i had my check today with nurse and she said the cup size and back was fine but the straps were too lose but tightest they could go so i have bought another bra and the straps are tighter but not sure if tight enough, i can easily run my finger under the strap over my shoulder.

do you think it should be tighter? the nurse said its should be tight of my boobs will sag :(

thanks x

i think if the straps are too loose it means your band size is too big

Your bra is too big babe. If you feel the band size fits fine, then you need to come down a cup size hunni.

Yep if the band fits snug (the band should give the most support) the cup size needs to drop down this will make sure the straps fit better, they shouldn't be digging into your shoulders either otherwise the band size is too big.

thanks for your advice

ive uploaded avatar pic see what u think, the nurse did say i could go down a band size when all swelling is gone so will prob buy a 32 band size next week as in 34 atm, but unsure what cup size to get currently in a 34c had 350 unders. i altered the straps and think the cup is fitting better now.

any advie girls?x
