I have a zip up one from Marks but the bra is huge and I'm limited with clothes. Are there any good ones I should buy? It's for everyday use I'm 12 weeks post op. I see Freya have some nice underwire ones can I wear those?

If you've not been told when you can start wearing wired bras I would give clinic a call to check just to make sure, would think at 12 weeks post op you should be allowed to by now.
Sports bras, I found the triumph range to have some of the lowest cut styles, prices on the internet vary, do look around before buying. X

It depends what you're after and what you're doing. I run 3x a week, so I need encapsulation and compression. Personally I love the panache underwires for full support. But if you're just after a daily, then the high design on that won't be suitable, and you won't need so much support

If you want one for comfort rather than exercise support the lonsdale ones are great as low cut and narrow straps! No good for exercise though!

Shocker absorber has always been a well known high impact bra, normally about £40-50 but this link to amazon has really great prices.. they do fit very tight x
