What vitamins can we take? Empty What vitamins can we take?

Hi Everyone,

I am wondering if it is safe to take viatmins before and after op? I have been smoking the odd cigarette but not lots and was going to take vitamin c as some people have sugested on here. I am just wondering if there are any vitamins which should not be taken, which may affect BA?

I take berocca regularly because my B12 and folic acid tend to go very low, any advice would be much appreciated.

I was told not to take any vitamins hun. I would contact your surgeon for advice. xx

i took arnica and vit c as advised by the clinic, call and ask them hun.

i was told not to take any at all too, because certain vitamins and herbal remedies can encourage bleeding. x
