Re: what bras best?
A lot of girls buy their sports bra in Marks and Spencer - i believe it has a zip at the front. I myself bought a Z bra off the internet. I also bought a variety of sizes from asda just in case the Z bra didn't fit straight away due to swelling. I would suggest buying more than one in a few sizes (just in case) the sizes you dont use you can take back and the asda bras wont break the bank. Plus you could be wearing the sports bra for 6-12 weeks (maybe less) and you will need to wear another one while you are washing the other/s. Plus you might want to get a few colours to wear with different tops

Re: what bras best?
Hya I had Z bra and a shock absorber 4 high impact, i got the latter bra from ebay for about £10 all in. Like the other ladies have suggested get a few in, even one with a lager band, ie if you are a 32 then get a 34 in because you will swell up in the first few weeks. Another suggestion that was given to me is to get a bra extender. You can get them from La Senza etc this won't work on front fastening bras but will on back fastening ones ooxox

Re: what bras best?
after the sports bra stage, i found that the incredible bra by VS is great. They are gell filled and are really easy on sensitive scars. My crease scars are very sensitive and this bra was a dream! I still wear the sports bra at night tho,

Re: what bras best?
Hi,i had a sports bra from M&S, it actually says suitable for post surgery on the box,i found it really supportive an dthe black one is quite lacy and not too grannyish!I also have a great one from La senza in shocking pink which looks good but i don,t think id advise wearing it immediatly post op as its not quite so supportive but great a few weeks down the line.x
