Wow time flies!
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] I know how you feel, I'm having a bit of a size dilemma at the moment too, worrying 275 will be too small as I'm pretty tall but size 8.
Like everyone else says, we just have to trust our surgeons. I think when you start this process you tell yourself you just want a C cup because to us no boobers that seems HUGE! But the further along the process you go, you suddenly want bigger and bigger!
Personally I think for your measurements that size sounds perfect. You must be so excited! Good luck hun :) xx

Paracetamol is better, as ibuprofen is a blood thinner. Take it every 4 hrs though, even if you're feeling ok, ask it'll be the drugs masking the pain

Codeine can be a very good pain killer but for many it can awful, causing sickness and making you feel worse taking the pain meds than you would without.
Unless you've had permission from your clinic to take ibuprofen then you really shouldn't. As Charlii said, they do thin your blood and as healing involves the blood clotting to close the wound its generally not advised. However...if you'd really feel you'd benefit from taking it you will have been given the hospital number upon discharge, so don't think anything of calling them and asking floor their advise babe, they may well say yes...but I'm with Charlii, I'd try just the paracetamol first and see how you cope with just those. Most find that's more then ample for the initial doscomfort after surgery and many find they need nothing at all, but like I said, if you're struggling and feel the ibbuprofen would help - ask the hospital babe. They'll be more than happy to help you.
Congrats on your new additions Cands. Xx

Also use ice packs for some instant relief, over your bra on top part of boobs (not near inscions) it will help with swelling too x.
