Newbie ... needs advice Empty Newbie ... needs advice

Post by Holly19872 13th October 2011, 6:58 pm

Hi Girls,

I'm new on here and to the whole experience really..

I had my 1st consultation with Dr Rezai in Harley St 3 weeks ago, he told me I would need round, moderate high 325 overs/maybe partial.... Tonight I went to see Dr Carver at Holly House who apparently only does unders and tear drops.... Totally confused, and thinking I want a 3rd opinion...

Does anyone know a good surgeon who I could go and see, either London or Essex?

Many Thanks,

Holly

Hi Holly,
I am in Essex- been to see Mr Hassan @ THG in London office by Harley Street for first consult- didn't know what to expect, had an amazing 50minute consult, really liked the PS but obviously had nothing to compare to... so wanted further opinions.....
I live near HollyHouse, and have got a few friends who have had surgery there... called up and Mr Carver had appointment for the following day so I took it- although I had heard mixed reviews about him- well- within 5 minutes I knew there was NO way I'd be booking with him!!! REALLY DIDN'T LIKE HIM!!!! He didn't ask m what I wanted, any background on me (i.e. kids etc) and told me I needed teardrop unders. NO THANKS!!!!!! So off I went...
Then onto Mr Fallahdar at Nu Cosmetics... e was really nice, but made me soooo confused about surgery and said he doesn't ever go over 350cc... no good for me!!!!
So next.... Mr Jag Chana at Holly House who I had been recommended for what I needed..... I didn't particularly like him either... or wanted the surgery his way.....
All 4 of these surgeons are BAAPS and/or BAPRAS registered, on the specialist reg etc- I really done my homework on the surgeons.....
It took the 3 consultations to realise how pleased I was with the first consult- the surgeon, THG, the price... everything. So I reserved my date... then went back Monday this week to see surgeon again, and I am convinced I have made the right choice!!!!!!!!
Definately see a few PS, you need to feel 100% convinced you have made the right choice. And I wouldn't personally go with a surgeon that I'd heard serious negative reviews about on a forum like this. This site is great to use as a research tool.

Sorry for my long essay!!!!!

Hey thanks for your reply... I am too 5 mins away from Holly House so thought it would be ideal... Although thinking that I really want round implants, Dr Carver is obviously not the right PS.

I might have a look into Dr Hassan, as I work really near Harley St.

What implants do you want, under /over?

I am a 34b and really would like to get to 34d/dd with a full look, thats why I am leaning against the round implants.

My first consultation was with Dr Carver - I felt I was slightly mislead as he told me I would need tear drop implants under the muscle.. Didnt mention the fact that this is all he does!! Defo look around before making final decision - thats what im doing!x

Hi,
I'm having overs.. as have enough tissue for them- Mr Hassan does overs and unders.. and I really felt he takes his time to work out exactly what you need. He was more thorough than any of the other surgeons, and took loads of measurements. I am unsure on what projection to have- I think I want moderates- he has ordered 4 sets of implants, 2 mods, 2 full- they are from the natrelle's range- I trust him to make the right decision in surgery as to what size and projection, as I've shown him photos of what I want to achieve. I much prefer the round look- I don't like the super-fake stuck on look.... but do like the nice symetrical look you get with rounds!!

The Hospital Group clinic is on Weymouth Street, just off Portland Place... all of the ops are carried out in their specialist hospital in Birmingham... but my price includes the transport to and from the hospital. They are definately worth looking into... there are so many wonderful positive stories on here about Dolan Park, THG and Mr Hassan.

It's such a huge decision with so much to think of!!!!!

I'd definitely get a third opinion and if you haven't already done it take someone with you to the consultation.. A friend or relative who you trust to give your their honest opinion.. But remember that the surgeon should know best at the end of the day.. It is what their paid to do after all.. However its up to you to explain or show them what kind of look you want to achieve ultimately.. xxx

If you have felt confused in any way unhappy with what the surgeon has advised certainly go and see some other surgeons, Myself personally I whent to Mr Hassan from THG and didn't need to see any other surgeon as i felt 100% confident and happy with him. Go with the surgeon that you feel has listened to what you want and one that you are comfortable with.

I had my op in Brentwood, Essex at the Nuffield with Mr Ramakrishan, hes an amazing surgeon so I would definitely recommend him! I also had 325cc high profile round overs xxx

There are a lot of good reviews about mr meleagros at transform- my friend had him last Christmas time and her boobs are great!!!

Good luck in your searching!!! Just remember everyone is unique, so you need a surgeon that will do the Best for you and your body to achieve what you want- not just tell u what they'll do regardless.
