Nipples growing sideways
Hi I'm just wondering what can be done with a sideways growing breast?, well both are growing sideways, was told that they are therefore unsuitable for implants. Has anyone any thoughts on the topic? thanks, K :)

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by growing sideways, but my advise would be to see more surgeons and get more opinions. Try seeing a BAAPS registered surgeon, as they tend to have more experience with difficult ops.

Hmm, that one's new to me. But I'd definitely try and see a BAAPS registered surgeon. Surgeons tend to advise within their skill set, so if he's not skilled enough to deal with your problem, sometimes they'll make out that no one can, but that's not true. Some reconstructive surgeons can work wonders. Try and find one in your area to see (or pop over here if you can). It might cost a little, £150 usually, but it's worth it, as you get a higher class of surgeon.

Re: Nipples growing sideways
I'm SURE your nipples can be moved into a more centered position Karen. Just in the same way women have nipple lifts, the nipple, or areolas really are completely detached from the Breast and repositioned in a more desired position. With your nipples being to the sides of your breasts, I see no reason why the same couldn't apply in moving yours to your desired position too.
Charlii has given great advise in seeking out a baaps surgeon. They really know their stuff Karen. You can find a surgeon in your area through their website HERE

Re: Nipples growing sideways
My nipples aren't centered, they point out and are closer to the outside of my boobs, when I lay on my side, the nipple on the boob at the top points directly upwards instead of following the rest of my boob (don't know if that makes sense, I'm not sure how to explain it)... They look like they've fallen out with each other hahaha! My surgeon didn't say anything about this, like the other ladies said, definitely get some more opinions :) xx
