Sleeping sideways

Yet another question from me on sleeping positions!.......yawn!!
I feel ok on my side and have tried v pillow so that bottom boob is in the hole so not resting on anything but it actually feels more comfy with something propped under this boobie ie my arm or another pillow. Trouble is this pushes my boobs together and I worry the implant will be pushed into wrong place if left like this all night! At nearly 3 weeks po should they have settled into their position now and just a case of getting used to them? X

Try a pair of nice soft fluffy rolled socks between your boobs misty. It helps keep your boobs nice and stable and comfortable as you go through the side sleeping transition. Xx

Have you tried moving your V-pillow into a position whereby your boobs sits in the hole, but rests 'on the bed' so its supported, but your body weight isn't actually rested on your boob? It sounds like your letting your boob 'hang' rather then letting it rest on the bed. You can position your V-pillow in a way to make it make babe.

I think jamming stuff under the boob to 'prop' it rather than to let it rest naturally on the base of the bed may not be such a good idea hun. Xx
