Sizing advice & Rice Boobies-wish you went bigger?

Ok just got back from my 1st consultation with Dr CC Kat and I really felt she understood what I wanted. But now I am at home trying out Mr Bens Boobies and am confusing myself again.

She advised size 215cc with uplift or 265cc without uplift (I'm only 5'1" and size 6 - just want some fullness and cleavage really). After trying the 265cc boobies, I decided they are too big from my frame so will go with an uplift and implants and am happy with the 215ccs of rice I have in my bra. However, I am now worried that I might be choosing too small a size. Do the rice ones look bigger than the actual implants after they settle? Could I ask her for a size in between the two?

Did any of you try to be cautious and wish you had gone bigger? If there are any petite ladies out there too that can give me some advice that would be great.

I don't have the answer you are looking for but didn't want to just read and run!
I have been playing with rice boobies as well and also wondered how comparable they are to the real end results. I am choosing somewhere between 345-380ish and am also stressing that I'll make the wrong choice!
Hopefully someone will have some good advice for us :)

For me, I feel the were pretty accurate. Granted I tried them on the wrong size bra thinking it'd be 36C, but they're still comparable to now. They're obviously firmer, and some girls do feel they come up bigger, but they give you a good idea. 

You're entitled to ask for what ever you want, it's your body. Obviously your surgeon has made their recommendations, but it's your choice at the end of the day. Maybe ask for another sizing appointment.

As Charli has said I would go back for another sizing appointment and if you haven't already done so take pictures of the look you are hoping for so the surgeon knows what you are looking to achieve. She will then be able to advise you on the size of implant needed to get the look/ result you are after. XX

don't be shy to go back for another sizing appointment, your surgeon is there to help!

do you know which brand and type implant you'll be having? if you do, you can google their implant catalogues, which lists all sizes for each breast width diameter. you will need to know this too. your surgeon will have measured you accordingly. then you can see if there are sizes inbetween the ones she recommended for you.
you can generally go lower or higher than your breast width diameter (bwd) by 0.5cm with no probs, some surgeons even say more.

i was cautious myself and only chose a 265cc implant. now that they're in and have dropped, i do get boob greed and could easily have done with a little more.

then again as i have a small back size, this is the largest size that enables me to buy bras without issues or having to go to specialist shops, as i know measure a 30E or a 32DD. i don't look like that all, but augmented boobs do measure slightly bigger than they look, as they don't squish into cups in exactly the same way.

if you read up here on old threads re rice boobs, you will probably find that a lot of girls find the rice boobs look slightly bigger than their implants afterwards.
though maybe a bit of that is also our perception first of seeing ourselves with boobs is new, and after we have gotten used to the look, they don't seem big anymore.

I have just done the rice boobie, the bras I wear at the min are asdas 2 sizes bigger, I have just put a sports bra on and used the rice boobies there was not much difference the rice was slightly bigger which I would be happy with. Xxx

Been back for my resizing. Settled for 240cc as I am a B cup and tiny frame. I am a size 6 petite clothes size (due to being a short-**naughty word**!) and really wanted to be able to buy the same size clothes without having to try them on(ebay & internet shopping are my addictions!)
I will be about 2 cups bigger I think.

But this still sounds really small compared to most other people..I suppose it depends on your frame etc and how you carry them off.

I know this is a silly question,  but the smaller the implant, the more natural they feel??? as my bf is dead against then due to them feeling weird. This is another reason I chose smaller ones.

When i told my surgeon my 320 rice boobs were spot on he suggested 330 implants (nearest size in range) so I hope they're accurate :)

There's no silly question here Lairyfairy. 

No, it's not true at all that the smaller the implant the more natural they feel. All silicone implants by the time they're one year old no matter the size will be nice and soft. The polyeurothanewhich you're having will be about 18 months to two years, but they start softening any times really. They're known to take a little longer to soften up than silicone though. But they're a good implant, so a small detail is a small price isn't it. But ALL implants soften to a near natural feel, only telling from a good hard squidge when the implant is felt pushing back against the force. 

I'm guessing yours will be the first augmented boobs your boyfriend will have felt? Xx

He has had 1 BA 'experience' before which put him off, as the lady in question had very, very large 'Babestation' boobs on a tiny frame and to him they felt  very hard and cold. He didn't like the fact that there was a very obvious difference in temperature between her boobies and her body.  But, you never know how long she had her BA etc. So I think this 1 experience has given him a bit of a skewed idea as I have felt BAs that feel natural.

I'm sorry to tell you this Lairyfairy but large or small there will be times when your breasts definitely feel colder than your body. 

The reason why is due to your implants being placed outside the chest cavity they can feel a couple of degrees colder than body temperature so they may feel colder than the rest of you.

They do warm up as your own body heat warms them up though. Xx

If I've been exercising my boobs are freezing comparatively. But they do warm up eventually. As cookie said, size has no bearing on how they'll feel. If you've gone too big for your body, then they might feel a bit different, but as long as they are a sensible size for you, they'll feel soft and natural eventually.

My implants are only 255cc and reading loads of posts of 350cc upwards I panicked mine were going to be tiny  . They're not , perfect for my frame and I'm delighted I went with my surgeons advice  .

yeah i wish that I could have went bigger I had always wanted something around 410cc

but no surgeon went anywhere near that lol the surgeon I choose to go with recommended 340cc HP but I had said could he try 380cc MP but he said that he didnt think that thye would fit and that he would take 340cc 360cc and 380cc to theatre, he ended up with the 360cc MP but that was a squeeze

I do think that this is one of the reasons that I had some complications and needed a reop and looking at a nother reop xx

I know everyone is different and we all want different looks and sizes. After my first BA I had 520rice boobs and thought they looked massive. My PS offered me 360 so I went with his advice. Wasn't happy with the result so went to 495 uhp and again still not happy. I wish I had went with my first PS who was offering me 520. I would have saved a lot of money. I'm now planning 3rd and hopefully last BA at 640cc. Does anyone else have implants this size? You have to go with what is right for you.. Xx

Hi can anyone please advise me, I'm 5"2 and weigh 10st, I used to weigh 18st so have a lot of loose excess skin I would currently say I'm a very empty b cup. I'm having my BA on 19th Nov, I have made my final decision to go under the muscle and to go for tear drop shape, my surgeon has advised me to go for 415cc - Could anyone recommend what size they think this would make me.

Hiya I think it will totally depend on what you already have there . Did you do rice boobs cos that will give you a good indication. I try to find someone with similar pre op stats to myself -height wright bra size- and look at the ccs they had and what size they settled at, but this is only as a very loose guide as I think it all depends on how they settle, what volume you have etc.

I had 380 and I measure 32e
I also started same as you....very empty...10st after loosing 5st xx

...but im 5'5" so you may end up bigger ... very hard to know what outcome you'll have x

You did indeed, I'm saving about £3000 having them both done at the same time :-) Scary but its needed and I'm also excited to be able to get undressed in front of my partner for the 1st time xxx
