full height full projection please explain what this means..i am getting the hanmg of things now thanks to you ladies help but still cant quite thathom this!! If i wanted full upper pole and round fake looking boobies which would io go for the full height full projection?

I think your refering to Anatomical implants - they come in different heights and projection and width. So based on your measurements you choose an implant that fits that. I have moderate height and full projection.

Oh princess you had the pip removed! Thats what i got atm scary **naughty word** isnt it!? I am wanting full round boobnies if possible not particularly bothered on the size but if could choose ideally would be E/F xx

I think if you want the proer fake ines you would be better off with extra high profile and to tell your surgeon thats what you want so he can place them where they need to be to get that effect? xx

Yes was looking into these but unsure if i can have them or not i have wide bwd, and apparantly these are narrow xx

Yeah I had my PIP's removed, they're currently in plastic bags in my wardrobe! are you getting rounds or anatomicals?

I have extra high but have a tiny BWD so they might not be suitable as they're the narrowest implants x

They come in all different widths. Mine are 13cm across so theyre defo not narrow :) xo

I have a wide bwd but got tsx yesterday, although i had 560cc, so a bigger implant. I trusted my surgeon to give me those because he's been boobies for so long. I guess you just gotta see what the surgeon recommends. Xx

Your PS should be deciding on the height and projection so i wouldnt worry stressing over whats what and what will fit too much.. Thats theyre job!
