As the title says really, can't believe how soft and squishy they are but they don't seem to have dropped. I thought this all happened at the same time? I quite like the roundness of my boobs, any chance it will stay? I had overs x

Its possible your swelling is all subsiding now hun. This is a separate part of your healing to dropping, so give your bombs a little more time babe, at just 4 weeks post-op its still early days. Xxx
